My family and I will happily drive all the way from Ventura county for these. I highly recommend the Lemon Tang sauce with the Chicken empanadas. So, so good!!

They were out of both chicken and beef shortly before lunchtime which is a bit odd. The empanadas they did have were nice and hot. The portions are small compared to other places. The flavor I would give a B-. They rate at about 5 or 6 on my list of favorite empanadas.
They scammed its real owner, they stole his business! That's why they need to make new profiles because they are not real owners! Porter family scammers!
Some of the better empanadas I have had outside of Argentina - jalapeño garlic sauce was

Excellent empanadas. We are semi local but visiting San Clemente. Been coming each day picking a different flavor. Hot and excellent. We will definitely head this way regularly.

I cannot speak for other countries, but 'real' Argentines DO NOT dip their empanadas. Argentines do not dip; empanadas are not McNuggets. Argentines do not put BBQ sauce on their asado because Argentines believe empandas and meat ought to stand on the merits of preparation and not need sauces to supplement or substitute taste. For that matter, Argentines don't 'flavor' their coffee because good coffee requires no silly flavorings.Argentines also do not feel that new types of empanadas must appear constantly just because 'new and improved' is good for the economy. If new flavors of water, fifty combinations of orange juice and gimmicky hamburgers are capitalistic necessities, this explains why Argentina is always in a financial crisis.Argentines have been eating their empanadas the same way for 200 years, and the best analogy is in how Californians respect and admire In-N-Out Burger, which is good as it is and does not require obsessive novelty in their menu to justify executive salaries or keep at bay the dread of failing to maximize revenues.
Really good food and chill people.
Great empanadas. Asher was friendly and knowledgeable about his products. Great family owned business.
Great Empandas must try

Great taste! Loved the ham and cheese with the garlic habanero sauce The owner was so nice and friendly, definitely recommend!
New Owners aren't even Argentinian or part of the Latin American culture they are white and have no idea how to make Empanadas and chimi churri, nor they know any Spanish. This place would've done good if they never changed owners. Don't support white people claiming to make Latin food! Best bet is to eat at an actual latin american food place that is owned by actual Spanish people.
Met the new owner, doesnt seem to know anything about business or treating people the right way. The empanadas are dry and way too expensive. Used to be better with the original owner. Stay away from this place
Cute spot for a quick tasty snack!
Great beef empanadas! Definitely recommend
