One of the best pizza places in California. Sadly I live too far away to eat there even semi-regularly. Closed permanently as of today. You guys will be missed!

Went in with the family for lunch at TJ Wood Fire Pizza, and it was awesome! The pizza was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor—just the way it should be. You can really taste the quality ingredients. The staff was super friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. It felt like the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal without any rush. Definitely coming back for more!

Every time I call here and I mean every time you get someone who says it will be one minute please hold and here I am at 16 minutes again . Online ordering not taking orders so you don’t have a choice . Just say you’re too busy and not accepting orders . 16 + minutes gives me enough time to write this review and order pizza from a better place .

For a few years this was our go-to pizza place but in the last year the quality, menu and service has gone down hill. Pizza is still better than average but they’ve removed some good items from their menu. Staff is aloof and not at all concerned over having your food ready for take out when it is supposed to be. Not sure if ownership has changed. Something certainly has.

We were at the Dana Point xmas light setup and googled for a local pizza place. I had never tried woodfire pizza and absolutely loved it. Amazing!!!

The pizza is good when you get an actual pizza you order… they gave me a “pizza” it was multiple slices of the same pizza thrown in a box. The burn marks don’t even match on the different slices. Absolutely despicable. They treated my husband super disrespectfully what whatever reason.

No more large pizzas? Menu has changed, and so has their hours. Now only open for four hours: 4pm to 8pm?. Has the business sold? Pizza toppings were minuscule (in center of pizza) at best. Pizzas were 40% black on the bottom. You could taste the burnt. Paid $50 plus for two medium pizzas. Not satisfied hunger wise for the three of us! No AC on a hot day! Probably won’t go back to our former favorite?. Bummmed out!
