U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt

Insane.. 31 dollars for 3 smll cups of yogurt… and it seriously is NOT good.. looks and taste cheap.. just trying to warn others.. ill never be back but hopefully i save someone from the same fate!

Over-priced and not good tasting !
Took my daughter here. $25 for two small bowls. She threw most of it away :(

Really bad “yogurt”. When you expect creamy yogurt but it’s more like swirled ice milk. Not good. Also funny to get the “tip” prompt on the pay screen; neither employee said “Hi” when I walked in. Bare minimum interaction. Did I eat it? Yes because I had just paid 12.95 for the worst yogurt I have ever bought. Save your money for something better elsewhere.

The frozen yogurt is delicious really good. Awesome place for the kids and family to have a great time. However today when I walked in the young lady at the cashier had a little attitude. The customer service was rude I felt unappreciated as a customer.

We love this place! Love the flavors they always have and they have a big topping selection!

Great Treat after dinner with Grandma

At two or three other Uswirl locations we requested or were offered a 10-15% discount for having our daughter's birthday at Uswirl. However at this San Clemente location a young male who said he was the owner refused to offer any discount at all. This would have amounted to $10-15 of temorary lost revenue. Had he granted us the discount we would have become loyal customers returning for birthdays and regular visits amounting to well over $500 in revenue. Instead, we go to Golden Spoon and Yogurtland, and do not go to Uswirl at all. Even after operating costs, the $500 spent would have more than made up for the measly $10-15 spent to create a good customer relationship and repeat business. Next time a customer comes in and asks for a group discount the owner should do the simple math, and learn about guest relations and customer retention.-------This appears to be the only way to respond on google. We used to live in Boise, Idaho and frequented locations there. Are you the young man we interacted with in the store? Our visit to your store was likely in July.

Yogurt, but frozen

The store is very good. The product doesn't quite satisfy me.
