207 at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego

We enjoyed our stay here and frequented 207 on more than 1 occasion. The food and service were great and we particularly enjoyed Bri who was friendly and attentive.

I am not one to come here and drop comments like this.. but man…
Horrible service: A bunch of kids who are just there for tips and no work! The server ladies are more worried about how tight their leggings are and are not worried about sitting, serving, nothing..

Many women customers felt the same..

I’ve ate at many hard rock locations around the world…
And have zero clue why that whole in the wall has anything to do with Hard Rock..

*calamari dish? Where was the calamari
*Drinks? A bunch of different mixed flavor! 🤣 to make it appear fancy..

Save yourself the headache..
go elsewhere!

Either they are blind, unaware, or more allow these servers to do as they please.
Huddle them up provide guidance..
Uniform t shirts now or change the bar name to Onlyfans! Geez

This place is so awesome! It was so busy, but the crew was amazing that was on yesterday. They were on top of everything. The bar manager Rudy was super nice and came and touched bases with us through out the time we were there and kept us updated on the time for our food. He made some super amazing drinks for us! You can tell he gets down with his staff when the floor is so busy. That was super refreshing to see. That's a manager that supports his team. We had three awesome people that kept up with us and helped us when ever we needed. Bri and Michael were on point and were running tables amazingly! They came and made sure we were having a good time and our table was clean and we got everything we needed. They were so busy but held it down so well. Thank you so much guys! We had an amazing time! You guys were all so great! You guys will be the reason we will return! Thank you so much!

Had the fish and chips and loved how tender and moist the cod was. Breading was savory, and the tarter sauce was the best I've ever tasted.

Booked this hotel for an extended birthday weekend getaway for my girlfriend, It was a complete surprise. She's a fan of Nobu, so this was WIN WIN. Great customer service from the hotel staff upon check-in. Once it was my turn to check-in, it took less than 5 mins to sign pre-charge forms and received my room keys and was on our way. Booked the King suite and found it was the right size for a couple to relax and enjoy a nice weekend. Our room had a view of Petco Park. Cool view. Would definitely come back. Thanks for treating us like rockstars!

Stayed here for three days with my family, and it was quite comfortable. It’s very close to a lot of things, which is nice. Mary Jane’s is where we went for breakfast and we all loved it. Great service from everyone there. There was one issue, however… for some reason, we could only get SUPER HOT water. We had to store the water in water bottles and let them set out and cool down so we could wash our hands. No cold water whatsoever. The shower was hit and miss. One day, I couldn’t get it to cool down so we had to jump in and out because it was way too hot. If it wasn’t for the hot water issue, our stay would’ve been PERFECT.

This property is very well maintained with everything you need available to you at this property. Spent a great weekend at this property located in the gas lamp district. Perfect location for all types of activities, events, restaurants and bars.

I will definitely be staying at Hard Rock again. Great service, Great room and Awesome location. Close to the ballpark, shops and restaurants. Good to times. Can’t wait to stay there again and try Nobu.

Went to the Pool around 7PM and Pool area closed due to event. 7:30 PM, went to bar and bar was closed. 8PM went to restaurant also closed. When I checked out the next day, I received invoice for 39.38 for a "All Access Pass". So, since I was not able to access the pool, or bar, or restaurant; why exactly am I being charged for an "all access pass" where I could not access anything??? I will not be staying at Hard Rock Hotel in the future....

Place was located near the convention center and close to all of the restaurants and shops of Gaslamp quarter. Hotel and staff were nice. The lobby bar had a nice ambience and the food delicious. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved Jordan! Great service. He made my day. He was attentive and professional. Made my check in process seamless. I arrived from a long flight and he made my arrival feel easy and comfortable. I recommend Jordan!
