I've had amazing pho and I've had decent pho here. Food is pretty inconsistent but the grilled shrimp spring rolls are good. Service is very slow also. Otherwise good experience.

Visited 11/2/203Well another Tasty Vietnamese, Soup, Chinese Family Owned and Run Restaurant under my Belt. 11/2/2023After seeing this place on Yelp and their Website I just had to give it a try for Lunch. In a strip mall with lots of free parking is a nice clean Restaurant with lots of seating and Friendly Owners and Staff.Nice selection on the menu and will custom make your dishes per your request.They kept checking with me to see that I wasn't in need of anything and that the food was satisfactory. As for the food I ordered,,The Garlic Noodles with added Shrimp. Great Flavor and the shrimp were cooked perfectly.Next time I want to Try The Phad Thai Noodles with Shrimp and Filet Mignon. Looks Amazing. Next I Had to Try The LA Style Short Ribs as they looked Fabulous in The Pictures. First they give you a very generous portion as you can see in my pictures.And Guess What ? They Taste as good as They Look. Grilled in a very tasty sauce with grilled Onions and served with Steamed Jasmine Rice and A Delicious Asian Cucumber Salad.I wanted a extra serving of that salad. All in All the food was very satisfying and I enjoyed it very much.I will come back to try more of the menu without a doubt.And by the way I took home half of these plates for Dinner.Leftovers Never Tasted So Good. Worth a Visit.

We found this delicious Vietnamese fusion resto that has outdoor seating in a less busy plaza. We got the House special Pho and pork chop plate and the flavors were really tasty. We will definitely come back here.

As of today, October 11 2023, there is a sign on the door saying "closed for lunch all week". I guess that means they are open for happy hour and dinner. This is not the first time I've found them closed for lunch on a day they should be open. I believe they are having ongoing staffing challenges. I had lunch here a couple times in the past couple months, and the Pho was good. Not the best I've had but pretty good. A Vietnamese guy I work with said he had been to eat here 3 times over a year ago and he prefers other places for quality of Pho and sides. He is not planning to go back here.

My second time here (first time was during COVID). Lots of parking. We sat at a booth! #boothlife We got 3 vegan rolls, house pho (small), and Singapore noodles with pork. I also asked for a warm water, which the server graciously provided. Service was excellent (as evidenced by the custom water order). All of the food was good! Singapore noodles are curried, the pho broth was a little bit sweet which I like, and the vegan fried rolls were my favorite! We were very full. I do wish they stocked Olipop sodas, which are my newest obsession (for the fiber) but that's just a random aside. The bathrooms were clean (one men's and one women's, single-stall restrooms). Our total was around $45. I highly recommend this place! It's just an all-around nice place.

40N Pho and Grille has firmly secured its place as my absolute favorite Pho spot. I genuinely can't resist their offerings and could happily indulge here every day. My personal standouts include their delectable egg rolls and the filet mignon pho. Today, I decided to venture towards their chicken breast option, and even in its simplicity, it was every bit as delightful. The consistently fresh broth and incredibly tender filet never disappoint. As for the egg rolls, they are a true masterpiece with their crispy, flaky crust and flawlessly crafted filling. I ate them before I could even think about taking a picture. Although this hidden gem might not be on everyone's radar due to its tucked-away location, I sincerely hope more people discover and show their love for this culinary haven. Belinda (the owner) is a gem!
