55 Thai is a cute little restaurant. Almost the whole menu can be modified vegan upon request (clearly labeled on the menu), with the veg protein being tofu. I had the Yum Salad with tofu, and the dressing was super good. The veggies could have been a tad fresher, but for campus, it was a solid meal. The inside was clean, and the food came out quickly. There is a small parking lot, so even if you are not on campus, it's possible to visit.

the team is very kind and attentive here, the sdsu location has the perfect amount of indoor/outdoor seating & good portions!

My friends fried rice he was eating caught my eye with how appetizing it was with slices of cucumber, onions, tomatoes, etc. So I had to have a taste and it was then I was introduced to a most phenomenal style of fried rice over all the rest by relatives and restaurants from Cali to Alaska that I have had since I was a child!

Probably the worst Thai food we have ever got. My husbands was pretty flavorless. Mine was inedible and I ended up just throwing it away. Would not recommend.

Came in for dinner, ordered 3 entrees. The 2 entrees for my wife and daughter I asked to be spiced at 0/10, my entree I asked to be spiced at 5/10. I asked the girl at the counter to repeat the order just to make sure she had it. When I arrived at home with the food, it turned out my daughter and wife's food was spiced at 5 /10 and my food at 0/10. My wife and daughter could not eat their food, and mine was bland and unappealing. Very disappointing. Otherwise, the place was clean and the service was friendly.

You guys need to change the prices on your website. The prices on your website do not match the prices in your restaurant you need to fix that it's very misleading. Not a good look at all false advertisement you really need to fix it.

I ordered yellow curry with veggies (no meat, no mushrooms), extra sauce, with brown rice. I got no rice, hardly any sauce and mushrooms in the extra veggies that I didn't ask for. Very disappointed.

No access to the the Restrooms this is the reason I walk out I never tryed this places, covid have nothing to do with people using the restroom, if anything we can at least wash our hands to diminish the spred, I wanted to order some food they girl at the front desk see me and pick up a call and ignored me she could at least say "I will be right with you" or something. They don't care about the costumer

The staff are very nice. The noodles are soggy and stuck together, the food is not Thai authentic, and was way too salty.

The food was fine. They got rid of their lunch menu, which is too bad. It's often hot inside. If you're at SDSU it's a nice change from Rubio's.

This was only my first time eating here so it could very well be a fluke, but the pad Thai sauce tested like sour ketchup and was incomparable to any pad Thai I've ever had.

The music was super loud. I asked nicely the staff to lower the music a bit but unfortunately didn't do it.
