I can't answer to atmosphere as I have only ordered online. Their Texas chainsaw sandwich is absolutely taste bud love. My problem is after ordering a few time is this: I called the store several times and have received different answers. I am not a fan of coleslaw. Hey if you like it you like don't blame me for not having your tastebuds. First order I was told on the phone that the Texas chainsaw sandwich comes the way it is(this sandwich is considered a competition sandwich). That might well be but it serves good meat and the coleslaw is poor is poor. I am not a competion eater. I eat this sandwich over a few days. Your coleslaw which is not favorable makes the sandwich soggy and unetible to eat the next days after. If all you are after is competion eaters then don't sell the sandwich. It isn't worth the price or very few competitors. Allow customers to customize and enjoy this large sandwich the way they want too.

Compared to the famous Fields BBQ in Sandy, the amount of meat seems to be more. The sauce is a bit sweet, so you may bite early, but ordering coleslaw on the side is perfect for refreshing your palate. French fries are also delicious. Recommended.

Don’t eat here. We ordered Brisket, ribs, and chicken. Brisket was so dry that it fell apart. The 1/4 chicken was dry and looked more like a cornish game hen. The ribs were small and dry. The Onion Rings were the best. I drove from Menifee to eat there. Total wast of money and time.

I was lucky to have a decent brisket, not great. But dry chicken, bad bake beans from a can, salty and overly spiced out of balance, cole slaw didn't taste fresh. Corn bread was good. BBQ sauce poor quality. Overall, to long of a drive for the taste.

We had the burnt ends and we absolutely loved it. The french fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The person at the register needs more training. She didn't know we could order the burnt ends as a dinner item. She seemed confused.

If you love real, Texas BBQ with incredible service, this is the spot. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed—like part of the family.

Kianna led the charge in making our experience nothing short of amazing. She took the time to walk us through the menu, check in on us throughout the meal, and even brought out extra samplers at no charge just so we could try more of what they had to offer. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made our visit stand out in the best way possible.

We ordered Platter Number 1, which came loaded with beef brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, chicken, and two sides—and wow, everything was spot on. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the pork ribs had the perfect balance of smoky and juicy, and the pulled pork was packed with flavor without being overly sauced. Even the chicken, which can sometimes be an afterthought at BBQ spots, was perfectly seasoned and still juicy. As for the sides? The potato salad is a must, and the texas toast was wonderful and the perfect bite to round it all out.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had that true family-owned feel. You can tell that the people here love what they do, and it translates into both the food and the experience.

Well, I'm mind boggled. I order a brisket sandwich and asked for onions. They girl said they didn't have any. I said real Texas BBQ and no onions (weird). She them processed to tell me they have grilled onions. I asked again, so can I get some regular cut onions for my texas bbq sandwich. She said no they don't have any..😂🤣😂🤣😂
