Achilles Roasters is solid for coffee. There’s a couple more in San Diego and I tried one more. This one here is a hole in the wall place and you can sit outside but construction work on a high-rise over the street makes you want to stay as little as possible. The bagels are great and you can choose your bagel type and fillings.
Found this on Google Maps and so glad I did. Excellent local coffee spot, great selections of drinks and food. Loved my Uganda pour over, and the granola was spot on.

Cute outdoor place, We ate here multiple times during our trip. The bagels were fantastic with multiple flavor options. The coffee was great too!
Wow, the bagels and coffee are absolutely amazing! Large size and great in taste, the atmosphere is super relaxed and it seems like people are coming here very regularly. We did too.
They have great coffee beans and an inviting cafe! I recommend enjoying one of their delicious pour-overs!
