Excellent food!!! I can't say anything bad about this place other than it doesn't have a bathroom. We had the cheese steak sandwich and coconut shrimp. The food was top quality and the flavor was super delicious! Can't wait to eat here again! This is a must stop restaurant for anyone visiting from out of town. Best REAL BIG FOOD in San Diego. Authentic and hard to find these days. Also family owned. The most important is the quality and atmosphere. I love all the sauces he makes and all the food on the menu I’ve tried is full of flavor and it’s real fish and meat! I especially enjoy the swordfish tacos,all the hamburgers are amazing esp the one with the Brie, the eggs Benedict, best fish and chips. Amazing batter. This place was rated very high on Yelp. We were in the area so we decided to grab some lunch. Tommy at the front was really nice and is a hard worker. He handled everything including wiping the tables, taking orders, etc. we ordered the following ... *Seafood Cobb SaladHouse greens, grilled shrimp, blue cheese, bacon, tomatoes, eggs, avocado, house ranch dressing ( we asked for tomatoes on the side) *Rockfish Sandwich -Brioche bun,local beer-battered rockfish,lettuce, tomato, onion, You have a choice of house tartar sauce or chipotle mayo ( we requested both) *San Diego Seafood Chowder -Shrimp, clams, potatoes, oyster crackersI really enjoyed the rockfish sandwich. It was delicious and flavorful. The French fries that accompanied the sandwich were the standout! OMG so crispy and perfectly seasoned!!! The clam chowder soup was hot and yummy. I enjoyed it but I should have requested pepper for a little more seasoning. Lastly, the only concern I had was that I couldn't justify the "seafood" Cobb salad because it only had two pieces of shrimp. The presentation was nice but I felt it needed more seafood to be called a "seafood" club salad. Overall , I enjoyed the experience and those fries!!!!

I was driving by and thought that this place might be worth a shot. I was really wanting a steak, but I saw that the prices seemed inflated for a restaurant in a strip mall. Ribeye steak was $45 which is probably a little less than a sit down restaurant, but $45 for a steak at a service counter seemed excessive. Still wanting steak I ordered the ribeye sandwich and my son had the ribeye skewers with rice. I also had the clam chowder with one fountain drink and our bill came out to $65. A little steep for 2 people. Meal came out and the food was okay. I needed to season my sandwich because I couldn't taste the ribeye and the fries were over cooked. They were so crispy I couldn't taste the potatoes. I had to pick and choose for fries that were not overcooked. My son said his skewers were okay and the mushrooms really did not add to his meal and to top of off when we talked about our food they forgot to add rice to the meal, which was an up charge of $1.50. Clam chowder was good. I felt we may have ordered the wrong thing here. Restaurant was good, service was great. I would just keep on driving.

I searched out restaurants near me and Adrian’s had the highest ratings. This place is totally low key and the food is amazing. I had the Seared Ahi Tuna Sandwich. The make it with a sesame seed coating on the tuna with a vegetable slaw with a poke flair with a little fresh ginger and eel sauce. The sandwich looked really good and tasted amazing. I need to keep coming back to work my way through the rest of the menu.
