Affordable Affairs Catering

Affordable Affairs came highly recommended to me from a venue, the Bernardo Heights Community Center. They had just recently used their services for their Christmas party. I was having my father’s Celebration of Life and needed a catering company. I was then given David’s card. I called him and received a response in a timely manner. After we briefly discussed what I needed he sent a recommended menu and an estimate. We liked the menu he sent over but also made a few small changes. David was very accommodating and easy to work with. His prices were fair and reasonable. The service and food were outstanding just as the Community Center had said, and I highly recommend this catering company!!

Unfortunately, while David's food seemed excellent at our tasting session, his behavior was unprofessional throughout our time working with him. When we met and gave him our deposit, he didn't have a contract ready and asked us to write the check to one of his subcontractors, which seemed peculiar. he then canceled on catering our wedding two weeks prior to the event and kept our deposit. Buyer beware!
