I'm just not going to bother ordering from here again. First experience was fine, just a little late. Second experience, the food never came. Restaurant never answered the phone. Grub hub was nice enough to refund me. I got a text from them a day later apologizing. I decided to try them one more time and guess what... Jeez. The food was supposedly out for delivery (at 640pm). Come 710pm, I contact grub hub after not being able to get a hold of the restaurant again. As grub hub is about to refund, I get a text from the restaurant saying it was out for delivery. It took another 25 minutes to get here despite this place being a 5 minute drive away. Then I knocked my drink over cuz it was so close to the door, lmao. And our second drink was forgotten. The food here is good (we've had the cheesesteak, deluxe fries, Sambusa, black bean fritters and a few other things) but for the love of everything: don't bother with delivery. Go pick it up. The restaurant delivers their own food and it's clear that this is an issue for them, so they should probably only do pick-up.

Food was very good. Very fresh. Strange set up. I didn't think the restaurant was still there when we entered but it's in the back. Took a minute to prepare. No tables for dine in so we took it to go. I'll go again but will order on advance. Sambosa!

This place is amazing the nafaqa is the best you have potato or potato with boiled egg, the Sambusa's are the best I've tasted and bought 10 more to have my family taste and they all loved it. This place is so clean and the customer service they have is the best they're so nice and respectful and they never forget any items people should really try this place out. The fish is always fresh and the food is always prepared in the best way it's never messy, and always set up nice This is the spot it always hits! People should really check this place out I surly did and I enjoyed.

This was my second order from African Spice. The food was warm and cooked very well. The name they've used for their restaurant pairs well with the dishes they serve. I tried the chapati with marinated chicken. It was steaming with flavor. My wife tried the pasta and beef brisket with a side of their homemade spice sauce and it tasted like heaven. Will definitely be coming back more often. Also try the chai tea to end any meal with a warm and fully belly.

My daughter has really wanted to try fufu and was so excited to find this place. I’m glad she was interested because we have now been introduced to a new cuisine that I’m certain we will be craving often from now on. We ordered several other items along with the fufu and everything was amazing. Including the sauces on the side with the perfect blend of spiciness. Every item was flavorful, unique and delicious. My son is the pickiest eater I’ve ever met and he also enjoyed the food and asked for more at the end of the evening, so that was a nice surprise. In addition to serving a great meal the customer service was on point. Genuinely attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back. I rarely write reviews but this was worth it. Good service and yummy food is an unbeatable combination.
