10/10 customer service! the 2 workers were so patient and helpful with my friends and i sampling so many flavors! the flavors are also so yummy and out of the ordinary. i got the split scoop of the triply tea party (jasmine and mochi boba) as well as the ube brownie and they both were so great! there's so many ice cream places in pb so i'm very glad i went here!

This was my first time having Afters Ice Cream and it was soooo good! I got the split scoop of half Cookie Monster and half Birthday Cake flavor. The 2 workers were so kind and helpful with our many sample requests. I definitely will be coming again!!

FYI, you need to update your hours of operation They are not open at 2pm during weekdays. Don't waste your precious time!

Great tasting ice cream and very unique flavors !Reason for 3 starts are as followed - insanely expensive. It was $5.50 for one scoop of ice cream but it was in a kiddie size cup, even smaller than a puppacino at Starbucks. Second reason is the employee working at the time lacked personality and customer service. Almost seemed like he could care less to be there and did not want to be bothered.Although the place had great ice cream, would not return as there are other great options out there for a fraction of the cost based on how much product you get.

The cookie butter ice cream is legit. Tastes amazing. It alone deserves a 5.But my jasmine milk tea ice cream was alright. Had a nice jasmine tea flavor but it had what seemed to be some melted and re-frozen icey chunks. So it wasn't 100% smooth.Service was good. We were helped with a smile. While I don't have a big sweet tooth...my husband would likely want to go back for that cookie butter ice cream or to try other flavors.

Staff was very friendly!Ice cream was delicious but the store itself was so hot that it melted the ice cream really quickly, that's why the low stars.We had the strawberry cookie crunch which was super delicious and had a good amount of cookies in it. Would love to come back if the store wasn't so hot.

I highly recommend to try this ice cream shop because they have unique flavors that you cannot get anywhere else and they are actually REALLY good. I appreciate their innovation when it comes to exploring flavors so its a great place to stop by and have something different and delicious.I first tried After's ice cream in Riverside, so I was pleased to know they have a San Diego location!No restrooms for customers.

After eating some good food and walking around the mall, my boyfriend and I decided to stop at our most favorite ice cream store! This has always been our favorite since 2016 and so forth. In one of my last reviews for Handel's Ice Cream when I said their Cookie Monster was similar to After's, I have to say, since I had After's again, I think After's Ice Cream is way better than any other ice cream store I have had. And this review will stay as my most favorite until I find another ice cream place that tastes as good as this. My go to for ice cream from them is always the Cookie Monster and Cookie Butter, so definitely 5/5! However, this time, I decided to get Milk & Cereal instead of Cookie Butter because I wanted to try a new flavor. For some reason this day, my eyes were stuck upon the milk & cereal and who doesn't like milk & cereal? Yes, it's basic but I definitely wasn't wrong after I was given a sample to try it out! So therefore, the milk & cereal is also a 5/5 and will stay as one of my new personal favorites. I'll definitely be running back here soon when I'm in the area!

I've been dying to get to Afters ice cream and was so excited when we finally made it. The flavors are different and unique in the best way and the service was wowing especially for an ice cream shop. I am only docking stars because two of our three ice creams were covered in big chunks of ice :( like ice cube size mid bite that nearly broke our teeth. I'm not sure if this is the norm or our two flavors were stored poorly overnight but we were very sad about this because otherwise it would have been the perfect treat!

Loooved this place. The flavors were amazing had cereal milk and Cookie Monster. They were so creamy but had a amazing texture. It wasn’t sickeningly sweet just perfect. 10 outta 10

Interesting selection of ice cream. The a/c was out ....I felt bad for the employees but they were super helpful and cheerful. The creaminess of the ice cream can't be beat.
