Customer service is horrible. I work in the same plaza and was recently rejected for a plaza discount that I would normally get. I was told because I wasn't wearing a uniform and I had a name tag that it didn't qualify me. The employees were disgustingly rude. I asked to speak to a manager, she refused to tell me who the manager name is.

Awfully bad has gone downhill, If you get to see this review you're extremely lucky, I used to come here often and rave about this restaurant but it has gone downhill, really far downhill, I ordered the chicken teriyaki it was served rancid, The meat was a greenish gray color..... It takes a long time for chicken meat to turn that color So they had plenty of warning and or they just left the meat out and then the next day threw it in the refrigerator thinking it's okay to save it and serve it to customers that we would be too dumb to know that they were serving us rancid food, I've also read some of the other reviews of people being served old fish but also keep in mind that most people are too busy to come here and write a review so just know that there are many of us that are suffering but take the time to write these reviews about these awful restaurants not doing the right thing, I truly would have to say this is about the worst restaurant in ALL of Point Loma.... There's not enough time or room on this review for me to give you All of the details, but definitely skip this place.

I love their poke bowls here. I tried the salmon bowl and it was delicious. Quickly recieved my order. Ooh they sale macaroon ice cream here and you gotta try it. 5/5 busy at times but it's the cost we pay.
