The Ramen was fire, the food was ready very quickly, the slushies were fire, the service was good and its not expensive for the amount of food you get. Perfection. ?

This place is good for what it is. It's been a long time since I at at this chain restaurant. I like it. But there certainly are better ramen in other places, but this is not bad. Friendly service and clean restaurant. Food is good.I'm actually just passing by San Diego. Use to work here about 30 years ago. This building or buildings in this area was not here yet. So it brings back memories when I'm here.

Originally it was an excellent and delicious a go to ramen restaurant. For some unknown reason the ramen does not taste good as it did.

Delicious ramen, and appetizers. Enjoyable experience. Definitely plan on returning to try other menu items.

The best part of Ajisen is the staff and building size. They seem to be fully staffed so you are always attended to and the food comes out quickly. Everyone is very friendly. Because it is such a large restaurant you are seated almost immediately. The ramen however is just ok. The broth isn't very flavorful and it seems like they don't include a lot of toppings on them. They offer more toppings as add ons but they are priced a bit excessively (corn was around $4 I think), so if you add a few more toppings your ramen will end up being close to $30 a bowl. Also the noodles were good, however they were all clumped together as if they weren't heated up enough. If you have a big group of people this would be a good choice simply for the service and space.

Great Ramen. I like the big selection. Very fast service. I recommend highly. Sometimes a long wait on weekends

Ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and was disappointed. The pork had no flavor, broth was barely warm and the soft boiled eggs were not marinated at all.

Went here for dinner. Food was great and service. I ordered the pork katsu with curry rice. It came out quick and it tasted fresh. I recommend coming here

This place is just OKAY. But to be fair I didn't try the pork. The staff were super friendly and the food was made quickly. Definitely not the best ramen I've had in San Diego, but in a pinch it's a decent bowl of soup.

The sushi was disappointing. There was too much rice around the filling. For reference, I got the Crunchy California Roll. The ramen, curry and rice is decent. Really disappointing sushi.

It's okaaaayyyy. Basically, the ramen was lacking flavor and i wasn't excited about the noodles. Typically with ramen noodles, I like a little bite/chew to it, the noodles here were lacking. The place is busy but there's parking in the back and street parking.
