You have to try this place. The food is so excellent and so well executed. I can't believe this place has its gourmet Mexican food that most people would die for.

I don't want to be negative as I really enjoyed my time at this place. However, the shrimp that we were served was raw. My boyfriend ate it even though and actually had an adverse reaction and some food poisoning. I'm sure that this is not typical and the rest of the food was great. We will not return though

Amazing food and ambiance. This hidden gem will blow your socks off. From the food and drinks to the great service, my date and I really enjoyed our dinner at Alchemy. I highly recommend the braseado and mojito!! Pura eminencia!!

Choose thy Poison is next-level! The ceviche negro is fresh and bold, the sopa poblana rich and comforting, and the tételas de cordero are unforgettable.
Bomb flavor in every bite. This is the real taste of Mexico—refined, creative, and unforgettable.

Alchemy is a hidden gem in a quaint back patio that offers limited but cozy seating. The cocktails are as creative as they are delicious — we tried the Elixir of Life (tequila-based), the Bloodstone (gin), and the Hexy Colada (vodka), all beautifully balanced and fun. The food was just as impressive: the Ceviche Negro was to die for, and the flavor of the adobo-marinated shrimp was absolutely amazing. Bonus points for their happy hour (4:00–5:30), where everything is half off. A perfect spot for unique drinks, great bites, and a magical atmosphere. Thank you to Alex for the great service as well.
