I went to American Junkie last Saturday, as part of a Gaslamp Mardi Gras bar crawl ticket, the music was great and it had one of the best vibes in downtown for sure. Also the service was fast, I didn't have to wait in line at the bar to get my drinks.

The food was pretty good. we ordered chips and salsa and guac. We also got Buffalo wings as another appetizer. Both were good but nothing crazy. Our waitress was very nice and checked in on us many times. The appetizers came out within less than 20 minutes, but the food took about 40-50 minutes to come out. We both ordered burgers. The waitress apologized many times and even made it up to us by giving us a discount and one of our appetizers for free. This definitely made our night and was a great way to keep us happy.Parking: Parking was very rough in this area. We made about 4 loops around the spot until we finally had to pay at a parking garage

A go to spot in downtown San Diego. Always ends up in the rotation when my friends and I are downtown. Great times here. Place always seems to get busy/have a line. Would recommend!

I mean it’s another bar and restaurant so I didn’t expect the food to be that great, but overall it was good experience to hang out, get some drinks and chill with your friends on a weekend. They do have the games going and usually they have live music or super loud music.
