Great food and great service! The bakery has so many yummy treats. The matcha is decent too.
If you haven't tried this Bakery/restaurant, you don't know what you've missed. If you want a meal, dessert, or a snack, this is the place to try . I was excited to find gluten free dessert here as well! There is a cozy inside and patio outside dining.

Terrible experience at Arley, Clairemont (San Diego)
We ordered a cake yesterday for pickup today after 10 a.m. When I went to get it, the man at the counter ignored me, helped several people behind me, and then claimed there was no order under my name. When I tried to explain, he kept interrupting and refused to help, saying he’d “look later.”
After I asked for the manager, it turned out the mistake was the store’s fault — they had two separate order books. The manager found the cake, but not before asking if I had paid (which was never mentioned when we ordered).
The whole experience was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected and can’t help but wonder if my brown skin played a role in how I was treated.
This was for an important celebration, and Arley completely ruined the experience. Never going back.
The fruit tarts are great. My favorites are the mixed fruit tart and the raspberry tart.

*Atmosphere definitely a French cafe feel
*Food was good, the Nutella crepe was amazing
*Service -- not so great, I came to eat alone and my server would walk by several times without making eye contact when I needed her attention. I had to get my silverware from a bus boy (and later, paying the check was a challenge)

I've been here many times and have tried just about everything on the menu at this point and I've never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly. The service is always on time. The prices are fair. I highly recommend Arely's

I love Arleys, the pastries are beautiful and the cafe menu is great. Service can be a little slow and it's very noisy inside.

My boyfriend and I come here often when we are in the area. The manager is very personable and always recognizes and takes the time to chat with us. The staff are always friendly and attentive. This place is quite popular so there is often a wait time but it hasn’t ever been too long and it’s worth it in my opinion.
The food is wonderful. I usually order one of the omelets but have tried the lunch items as well. My boyfriend typically gets the breakfast club which he loves. The coffee is good. You can opt for paper cup or mug. Both include free refills.
My boyfriend has ordered pastries on occasion (he really has a sweet tooth) and I ordered a custom birthday cake from them once which was handled perfectly!
Overall, we love this establishment. Looking forward to seeing them expand their dining area someday to accommodate their growing clientele.

Really bad customer service from the cashier and the baker. We came to buy some croissants and asked about their fruit pies. We asked if they put alcohol or gelatin on them. The baker herself was not sure and was giving me attitude about these questions. The cashier joined in to pile on. I bought a box of croissants (haven't tasted them yet) and was made to feel dumb for inquiring.
The atmosphere was too noisy for a café. Even the rest of the cakes didn't look appetizing for a French bakery. The only thing we bought was the croissants and even that was met with a bad attitude from the cashier.
