Asado Gaucho offers an authentic Argentinian meat dining experience. The food is absolutely phenomenal, excellent, and high quality. The meat, including the picanha and tritip, is perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chimichurri sauce is amazing, vibrant, tangy, and has the right amount of kick. Sandwiches like the Chimichurri Tri Tip sandwich and the picanha sandwich are perfect and excellent, with fresh, crispy bread and ingredients that work very well together. The flavor is authentic, rich, and on point, taking diners back to Argentina.

The staff is genuinely kind, super friendly, and hardworking, providing top-notch service. The atmosphere is memorable, and the preparation area is clean and well organized. It is located inside Liberty Market, where seating inside or outside can be limited when busy. While the prices may be a bit on the pricier side, the experience is absolutely worth every penny. Diners are eager to return to try more dishes, such as the Gaucho Sampler.
