I went in with high hopes as the menu looked amazing. I was a little underwhelmed. We started with the shared plate of apple/brie/puff pastry with arugula. I thought it would be like a baked Brie but it was like a flatbread on pastry. With toppings. They were out of arugula so added mixed greens. Definitely not the same. Also had the crepe californien and the crepe seemed doughy.
One of our favorite restaurants, but this time, I was very disappointed in my brunch selection - the Croque Madame. The bread was simply white bread, not toasted or grilled in any way. Very dry and unexciting

I would have given five stars across-the-board if not for one issue. They are understaffed. The waiter was much too busy for the number of tables he had, and while we definitely don't mind waiting, my mother started having a bad coughing attack, and he still hadn't brought any water to the table after 20 minutes.
