Sadly this company pretends to care about customers and product. Publicly pretending they'll make it right, but they really don't.
Original Review: Very disapponted. My husband surprised me with treats. I haven't had these this place in about a year. He knows i love ginger anything. The cookie he brought home was inedible. It was like dust. And most defintely not enough spice. He also bought a snickerdoodle, not great. Overbaked and lacked flavor. It was forgetable, my kids didn't even want it.
But the pecan bar was amazing. As usual!

Stoped in here for cupcakes. I tried 5 different flavors the same day I purchased them and they all tasted stale. I did notice an odd smell in the cupcake box possibly from rancid shortening in the frosting? Taste was not bad though, just tasted old. Almost $30 for 5 cupcakes I expected a premium product for a premium price. They did look pretty though.

They have a few vegan options, the cupcakes are just alright but the brownies were delicious. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they have them regularly though.

I've been referred to this bakery for my gender reveal. They look delicious, and I'm sure the flavors live up to the expectations. However, the hotline service is terrible.
Though the gender reveal party is this Sunday, very rush, I understand, and I offer different alternatives and just want an answer. But the employee didn't even let me finish. He kept cutting me off, and I couldn't put out full sentences. He could've suggested that I order how long in advance, or when is the soonest they can have the cake available. Yet, he chose to be annoyed, uninterested, and eager to hang up instead.
For a well-known bakery like this, I expected at least some respect. Thank you for giving me none.

Wonderful experience getting a custom cake with Babycakes. I have used them in the past and they never disappoint. The cake was perfect as requested, and looked beautiful. It was a show stopper at our event. The customer service was very supportive and made our quick turn around an easy process. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality cakes!

Came with a friend as recommended and I was not disappointed. Both cupcakes Blood orange and Babycakes were moist. Not too sweet but enough sweetness to taste the flavors.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered my wedding cake through them and sent them two inspiration pictures, and told them I’d like to combine both designs that I’ve attached here (red and white small hearts on a heart shaped cake with “Just Married” on it) and this is what I got. Huge red and black hearts with sloppy handwriting that wasn’t even connected.Immediately called them to see if they could fix it because it wasn’t what I ordered and honestly it just looked sloppy and rushed, and the woman on the phone argued with me the entire time! It was like pulling teeth to get them to even try to fix it! I never, ever write reviews, but the sloppiness of the design and the extremely condescending woman on the phone drove me to warn anyone to stay away from this place. If this was my business, I never would have let that cake leave the store, and I especially wouldn’t have been condescending to a bride on her wedding day who simply asked if you could fix it.

Babycakes is a must-visit bakery. The sweet treats are delightful, from cupcakes to pastries and the cozy atmosphere adds to the enjoyment of indulging in their delicious baked goods.
I was very pleased with the experience I had at BabyCakes. I had requested a cake to be made at the last minute for my boyfriend’s surprise birthday party and they were incredibly accommodating. The British gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful, listing the plethora of flavors they had available as well as helping me pick out the correct size cake for the number of people. They had no issues getting the cake ready with the short timeframe they were given. Not to mention, it was absolutely delicious and there was barely any left to take home. I received tons of compliments on the cake at the party. Highly recommend.

All of their cupcakes are filled. I want a cupcake, a "cup of cake," not a cup of frosting. 5☆ for the creme brulee cheesecake, -3☆ for the cups of frosting.

I love this place so much! I've been getting my birthday cakes and cupcakes here every year for the past few years and they do the best job. They obviously taste phenomenal, but they're also beautifully decorated! Patrice was so helpful and lovely to work with. Thank you to the Babycakes team for making my birthday so special every year!
