OMGoood! I would give more stars if I could! Let me start by the michelada that came out super quick and was delicious with Clamato. The console is fire! The campechana was to die for if that was my last meal I would die happy. Oysters is what we came for and so freaking fresh like they were harvested in the kitchen. Will definitely be back each and every time we are in town.
While the service and attention was impeccable the food was very different than any sushi or Mexican we've ever had. Even the more traditional sushi rolls were not quite the same. The menus were all in Spanish so it was a guessing game till we realized they had English ones. The food was just OK.
Baja Oyster & Sushi Bar may take the crown when comes to their assorted delicious shrimp and seafood burritos next to Rosarito, Mexico, BUT, I must say, my family, friends, and coworkers have all agreed that their servers need to step it up a notch or two.
