Huge place in a gorgeous building, nicely decorated and great beer. We didn’t try any food when we were here (which looked good), but had plenty of beer, the important things yanno 😂

Drinks are great, good atmosphere and food is solid.

This place used to be great now they’re never open. Always holding private parties. I’m sick of checking their hours, checking their website, and still finding them closed when I get there.

Run your business properly. Update your website if you’re closed to the public at 12pm on a SATURDAY.

Another tasty San Diego area night

A really good brewery. Haven't been here in a while. The beer is good. The food they have is really yummy. The place is huge and great for big parties. Would recommend it if you've never been.

I've drank and eaten here many times throughout the years, why have I not written about Ballast Point yet? Like every respectable San Diego micro-brewery, Ballast Point has a vast variety of beers from light to dark, all delicious in their own way.

But what makes Ballast Point way better than the rest, is the fact that they serve really good food here, very reasonable prices. The complete opposite of high priced small portioned foods from a food truck.
$18 Fish and Chips...big fresh beer battered fish..better than most!
$20 Brazino, pan seared to perfection, the sauces is amazing! This could easily be a $30-50 entree at another restaurant. Wife was very happy!
Pizzas and Brussel Spouts are good too.

If you and your pals are talking about hitting up a brewery, and you want good beer and REAL food, Ballast Point is your friend!

The beer is awesome of course, the sculpin is my go to. We ordered pizza, a wedge salad, and the birria tacos, everything was great but believe it or not the salad was the most enjoyable for us! It had a generous amount of crispy pork belly along with gorgonzola, fried onions, tomatoes, and a creamy dressing. It was so good and I’ll definitely get it again.

Very good brewery in miramar area with ample parking. Great Patio and also many tables inside. Our Server was awesome. Sculpin was the best beer. Watermelon double IPA was so so. Definitely worth the try if you are in the area.
