Worst food I’ve ever had. I don’t know know how people can say it’s good you pay 25$ For a 8$ roll . Place is dirty and grimy. Left thinking I’d get food poisoning and bill was over 300.

What a great experience!!!! I would like to thank the dual Jesse team, especially our server Jesse, with the ponytail. But really, every staff member was very welcoming and attentive till the moment we left. My wife and I chose Bang Bang to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a fun time and enjoyed some very good sushi. They also came thru acknowledging our anniversary. (As I left on the OpenTable reservation notes) and personally congratulating my wife as we were leaving. Thanks again!

This was our fourth visit to Bang Bang, and we continue to love their food—super tasty and well-prepared. The service was very attentive as always. We went on a Thursday and enjoyed a DJ; although we haven't been on a weekend, we've heard it's very lively then. Highly recommend!
This place is definitely for the vibe. We went here for my husbands birthday and we had a good time. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. One thing we noticed was how hot/muggy it was in there, to be fair it was a hot day. We would feel the occasional blast of AC but we were definitely a little uncomfortable. Food took a while to come out, they apologized since they were understaffed in the kitchen. My husband loved his sushi, everyone loved their drinks. Don't think the price was worth it tbh. Overall good, not great. Not sure if we would come back.
I have not had this bad of an experience at a restaurant in a while. I told my server I was gluten free, ordered a dish marked GF, then double checked with the server who dropped off my food. He checked with the kitchen and they said the dish was NOT gluten free and had to be remade.

Made a reservation for a group and didn’t know until days after that we have a fees per each person in our group. That’s ridiculous! At least mention it before hand!
Go anywhere else. Julien the manager knew these girls who cut us in line and we said something, so they kicked us out because they said I went into the wrong restroom?? Had no proof and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. All I wanted was at least a refund. Unbelievable. Don’t come here. Save your money.

Bought tickets to an event here & you still have to stand in line with people who didn’t buy tickets. There’s no disclosure in the terms and conditions of ticketing purchases that says you’re not guaranteed entry. It’s ridiculous that they let dozens of people into the venue who didn’t purchase tickets, while selling tickets for $40 per person and not ensuring the capacity for the ticket holders to enter. Absolutely awful system and it’s a huge scam, disgusting business practices.

Came in after Pride Fest with a large party. The service was great, we enjoyed our buckets of Bud Light along with the cheesy, cheesy bang. Would definitely come back again soon.

Terrible security, bad line setup, tickets are pointless as they oversell the venue to non ticket holders in the same line so the floor is packed worse than any other club in SD. Place has gone downhill in the last year. Stop letting massive groups cut your entire line.
