Unfortunately Bann has closed. While it was open we would come here fairly regularly, sad to see it has closed.

Bann is located inside the food court area of H-Mart. The food was pretty good except for the bulgogi nachos, I expected more from it. The other dishes were decent portions, and they give you sides, like at the sit-down restaurants. There was a bit of a wait to get our order, but I'd go back to try the other menu items.

For Korean food, this is an authentic option. Located inside the food court of an H-mart grocery store, you give up ambiance for the sake of authenticity. The prices are average considering you give up a dedicated dining area for a shared dining area which is constantly calling out numbers for pick up. The menu offers a blend of creative and traditional dishes with Bulgogi Burritos and Bulgogi Nachos to Soon Tofu Stew and Kimchi Fried Rice with Fried Egg. The portion sizes seem appropriate, except for the banchan (and this cost them a half star). In my opinion, one of the highlights of Korean food is the neverending little sides known as banchan which typically include kimchi or some other pickled delight. Only some of the dishes come with banchan and those that do come in 4's... disclaimer: I am not Korean, but I am well versed in eastern culture and thought they usually come in odd numbers for yang (luck). So, if you are one of those who believe that No Korean meal is complete without an assortment of banchan, be mindful of your order so that you are sure to start the meal off like you are expecting. Since it is a food court, you will be your own waiter where you will be eating on plastic bowls with plastic cutlery (the other half star deduction). That being said, I still think it is a worthwhile place to eat when you are in the market for some fast casual K-food.

UPDATE; there was HAIR in the garlic shrimp plate. Again, DO NOT COME HERE FOR FOOD. horrible. Can't believe I paid $15 a plate. I ordered a bi bimb bap and specifically asked for no spicy toppings. Not only did she put the bean sprouts on the side (which I did not ask her to do) she DRENCHED my food with spicy sauce. I only realized after I came home, and now I must toss the food and order something else. NEVER coming back here again. Awful service.

Solid delicious Korean food in the food court of H Mart. They pack things nicely to go or there's a lot of open space to eat in the court. I ordered the soondubu and one of my biggest pet peeves is when it's packed to spill all over the place, so I appreciated everything neatly prepared. They offer meat, seafood or mixed. I ordered the mixed and was impressed by the big shrimps inside. The portion was good and I liked the little container with banchan on the side. The rice could have been cooked with a little more water as it was a little hard, but overall, solid tasting soup!

It was my first time here and thought this place was okay. The soup wasn't very flavorful and neither was the bibimbap. The kimchi fried rice and sides were pretty decent! Maybe if I come here again, I'll try something else on the menu! The atmosphere is very lively considering it is located within a market and next to to her food places as well.

Mushrooms tasted like they were spoiled. Rice wasn't fully cooked. The rest of the food was okay.

It's always a good time here at H-Mart's food court!!!*PSA: If you are hungry AT ALL, make sure you eat at the food court BEFORE you go shopping at H-Mart*Got one of their signature dishes, Bibimbap, and I was happy with it. Makes you feel healthy with the amount of vegetables they give you! Just throw in the sauce they give you, mix it around and all the ingredients come together really well - this meal is all around pretty balanced. Friendly service and it's always great knowing that you're in H-Mart!Definitely coming back!!

This is located inside H Mart in the back corner of the food court. Ordering was simple, food was ready pretty quickly, and the food tasted alright. My husband got the bibimbap bowl and I got the kimchi stew. We weren't fairly impressed with everything, but it also wasn't horrible. We'll most likely try out another location in the food court our next visit to H Mart.

We ordered take out from this place to bring with us to watch the sunset, perfect match! We got the pork belly with rice and soon tofu. Very affordable but has all the flavors and tastes of a good Korean meal.

Was around the area and wanted to check out the food court. We're usually here for the Korean hot dogs but opted to try something else this time. Right next door is Bann Cuisine. I got the soy pork belly while the boyfriend got the bulgogi burrito. The meal came with banchan (side dishes) in a cute container!Usually when they display pictures of food, your expectation is lower. However, portion sizes were definitely bigger than the picture. Food was super bomb. Pork was tender and very flavorful. Rice was moist and vegetables were fresh. Bulgogi burrito was packed with lots of meat and rice. Kim chi wasn't too spicy so it didn't take away from the flavor of the meat. Will eat here again when in the area!

I was not expecting much from a food court, but wow the dishes here are really stand outs. The Pork Belly dish comes with plenty of meat, a rich taste profile, and best of all it's affordable. I just wish it came with a bit more rice.Their soon tofu soup was also rich, had a good flavor, and it wasn't overly spicy. Only complaint here is that I wish it came with a bit more seafood. But with the cheap price, it's understandable
