Would recommend dining at Barbarella - attentive, courteous service, delicious food, and wonderful atmosphere...
Incredible food and drinks. The waiter, Art, is so good at what he does. We've had him the last two years while on vacation at the shores and he is truly a gem. We look forward to seeing him every year and eating at this excellent restaurant. Their fish specials are always impressive.
Chose this place and was so pleased with it. They have a great menu and i had the super food salad with salmon and their soup of the day. They were big portions and they do give you the option of doing a half salad which i should have done since it was a pretty big salad. The salmon was very tender and flavorful. Great quality food at a reasonable price. The service was also 10/10.
Amazing food!
Really fun underwater decorations were set up. Had the fettuccine bolognese and it was a big portion and very tasty.
Had the chicken Caesar salad, it was pretty good. Chicken was a little cold.
We love this place. Every time we visit the shore, we need to eat here. Unfortunately, the food was not very good this time. The service was friendly.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but Barbarella was mediocre. They have a beautiful wood-fired oven, yet the pizza was just okay. The dough tasted store-bought and lacked any real texture or character, and the cheese was overdone, throwing the whole pizza out of balance. We also tried the wood-fired salmon, which was bland, served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley all stacked awkwardly on a plate that was too small. The whole presentation gave off a bit of a convention banquet vibe.
We got a reservation for a bachelorette celebration dinner, and the food was fine. Good portion sizes for sure. The olive appetizer had plenty for sharing and was quite tasty! Our service experience was poor - the waiter took our order and never showed back up (30+ minutes of no drop by). The poor service left much to be desired from the experience. We've only been once so don't know if that was bad luck or a trend. Otherwise the atmosphere was nice and the decor was fun.
Barbarella is always fantastic, and we love bringing people there who have never experienced it! Another great meal, and lovely evening on the patio. Vela (?) was a terrific server, so we were well taken care of. Can't wait for our next visit!

I believe that in my stay at Barbarella the Atmosphere vibe was on par it was very chill and fun to go with my family. The service is very good with nice waitress who’s helpful. The food was pretty amazing with the pizza being solid compared to many others but it has growing potential. But pairing the Chefs pepperoni pizza crust with the calamari’s sauce is a chefs kiss truly blowing my mind.
Wanted this to be better based on prior reviews- street offers no parking so prepare for a drop off or a very long walk if you don't want to park in the garage for $20-30. Sadly eggs Benedict over cooked, cold lemon ricotta pancake we sent back for a redo. Server took 4 turns checking in before she brought a drink ordered 20 minutes prior. Wish it would have been more on point.
Amazing place with excellent food. Seating was either outside or inside, we chose inside by the window. Just a fun spot to have lunch or dinner.
The quality of service and quality of food did not match the prices. It was so loud inside, we had to shout over the music.
Amazing as always! Never disappointed by the food, service or fun decor. We love Barbarella.
