A local gem; great Mexican cuisine with a healthy spin. Very accessible, plenty of neighborhood parking. Lots of locals as well as visitors. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, great service!
Great food and service. Last night was kinda of quiet, probably due to the weather, so it wasn't packed and we probably didn't need the reservation we had made. We've eaten at Barrio Star several times and keep going back!
Barrio Star was a cute lil place, inside and out. There weren’t a ton of people inside when we went for lunch which was nice.
I ordered a Mexican chopped salad with tofu and it came out salad first and then the tofu which I thought was kind of weird. The salad itself was OK, it wasn’t ask crunchy as I thought it was going to be.
I didn’t try any of the drinks because I had to go back to work but their drinks look really tasty.
