Order a cake for Christmas eve , went there to pick it up at 6pm which they said it would be ready only to find the doors closed and no one there. Tried to contact customer support via email and calling the phone store for the next couple of days and got no reply from either. Honestly I am disappointed because all I wanted was a cake for a Christmas eve party; Also I still haven't been able to get a refund for it because no one answers the phone or email. what ever you do do not order from this place horrible service and follow through when it comes to orders

Third time coming in to get Bday cake, also third time denied any cake writing. Cakes are pretty expensive, be nice to at least get a "Happy Birthday" on a $60 cake.

I went here at 9:45 and they close at 10. There was someone in there who would not look at the door but everything was locked and the lights were turned off. This is change their hours if they are going to close earlier than the posted hours.

Went here at 9:20pm and it was closed, how lame. Hours online and on door say 10pm close tonight. Ended up getting shakes at Sonic across the street.

I feel bad bc I used to work here and the last owner was AMAZING!!! He really prioritized cleanliness and good customer service. He sold the place maybe 10-12 months ago and the new owners just don't manage things well. They're always running out of things and even the workers dont look happy... theres a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the amount of thing's available and quality overall. Sorry but this just isnt a good store anymore. I'd rather drive to another baskin then come here and get the bad service and quality.
Very unprofessional they do not answer their phone. The system will allow you to call it and then hang you up. So if your order? Is. Incorrect tough luck?

Ivan was the only one working tonight and was amazing taking a lot of orders and we had a big order my mom and I ordered a lot and everything came out perfect! Please give Ivan a raise! He deserves it!!

Our family of four decided to stop by Baskin Robbins yesterday afternoon after our 5 year old got lab work done. We usually go to Cold Stone, but my boyfriend mentioned how Baskin Robbins have slightly more options. We arrived close to 1:30pm. The place was not busy at all. There was only one employee and the instant we walked in, you could tell he did not want us there. Not even a welcome. Our kids got their ice cream and once my boyfriend got to the register, I asked him to get me a small mangonada. The employee literally rolled his eyes. We paid and I was kind enough to still tip $5 with the assumption that he was having a bad day, which honestly didn't seem to be the case. It literally looked like he despised his job. We sat down so our kids could eat before we get in the car and I told my boyfriend that we need to rush so we can get out of there. Another guest walked in for smoothies and the door didn't completely shut so then it made a nose. He walked over to slam it shut and literally cursed about how annoying it was. The service was s**** That employee was vulgar. The place was very uninviting. The entire experience was so unpleasant that we most likely would never return to any Baskin Robbins.

It’s next door to the laundromat and epic wings so, when I’m doing laundry I usually get a caramel cappuccino frozen drink and it’s really good. They even have nice looking cakes too. Might get one soon.

I was doing Doordash at this particular BR on El cajon Blvd. 3 young workers on duty NO one had a clue except the one gentleman who had some clue. I watched him prepare customer ice cream NO gloves until he had to make a Banana Split. I honestly feel like he put them on so that he wouldn't mess up his hands...NOT for SAFETY. It was for a customer not me. So I minded my own business and delivered the ice cream ???
