It's Sunday at 425pm. There is only 1 employee working and 12 people in line. The only employee is moving fast but doesn't have gloves or a hair net on. Ok, hair net, whatever, BUT gloves, those are standard when working in food service. That is gross.
I didn't get any ice cream bc of that, but the people I'm with did. The cost was what you would expect for Baskin Robins. No complaints on the ice cream. They enjoyed it. Would we come back. They probably would. Me? No bc of hygiene.

Parking: Handicap parking in front of store

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, handicap parking and business door is wide enough for wheelchair.

Understaffed and Overwhelmed

"Stopped by 31 Flavors for a quick ice cream fix, but ended up waiting in line for way too long. With only one employee working busting her a$$ and no one to help her, Yaisel the one employee working this night on a Friday should receive a big raise but knowing the owners they are probably to cheap to give her one! This 31 Flavors is clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. The ice cream was good, but the poor service and long wait made it not worth the hassle."
I will be contacting 31 Flavors corporate office for franchise support so they know the issue.

I used the app to order a customized cake. While I received email confirmation the app reads “Item not available“ so I called the store to confirm my order. Let’s just say it is day two whole days and a lot of calls, no one has answered the phone. If I had the time I would have visited the shop to confirm as well.

Ice cream tasted sour, two family members disliked the two different flavors tried to return the ice cream and the girl was quite matter of factly, I don't care. I informed her of my concerns and she pulled out the whole container to make a statement in regards to expiration date in front of other customers. Payed more for another flavor. No customer service, communication rude and I will stop buying ice cream at baskin robbins. Try Handel's their Ice Cream is more creamier, natural tasting, and exquisitely awesome tasting.

Expensive but decent tasting ice cream... Very poor customer service. We were overcharged for our ice cream and the manager had a very poor reaction to our issue by blaming one of their employees yet not even apologizing for the mistake .

I was really disappointed during my recent visit to Baskin Robbins. I noticed that I had been overcharged, but when I returned to address the issue, the owner's response was underwhelming—no apology was offered. Furthermore, the customer service was appalling; the owner displayed a terrible attitude. To top it off, they charge an unreasonable $.99 for just 4 M&Ms. I won't be returning and advise everyone to watch their bill closely here.———-I was really disappointed during my last visit to Baskin Robbins. I realized I had been overcharged, but when I returned to resolve the issue, the owner's response left a lot to be desired—she didn't even apologize. Additionally, the customer service was terrible; The owner showed a terrible attitude. To top it all off, they charge $.99 for just 4 M&Ms. I will not return and I advise everyone to check their account carefully.

I’m not sure how it is on most days but aside from the only Mexican male employee I saw working across the counter with no gloves and literally in a hurry to take my order repeating “Let me know when you’re ready” in a span of 5-10 seconds just to get me out of the store is a bit suspicious and bizarre. On top of that, using your barehands with using any gloves before scooping out the ice cream to the only employee working there as of right this minute is a bit disgusting. You want actual customers satisfied with your ice cream? Have some proper hygiene and be considerate of your fellow customers (myself included) and put on some damn gloves before scooping any ice cream so no other people can infected with the Mexican employee’s hand bacteria.

I ordered a banana royal, asked if they had strawberry topping server said “yes but it would be charged extra” this is a first. Service at this store is pretty bad, they need to hire more personnel. Baskin Robbin’s is known for its good ice cream, a little expansive but well worth it!

Location just opened and is closest to my home. The girl was very rude, ignored us for about 10 minutes while she washed some blenders, and even ignored the people who walked in after us. Spoke very low, and I specifically told her which cone I wanted and still tried to make me feel stupid when asking which one. Felt like, for some reason, I rubbed her the wrong way. Should've been a better experience, husband decided not to order anything based on her attitude alone. Will be going to the Broadway location instead. Even though it's further, the employees there are very pleasant and make you feel more welcomed.

Overall nice! One trainee, the supervisor was great. Ice cream was great! The doorbell is a nuisance to everyone though. Bathroom could be better.
