It's Sunday at 425pm. There is only 1 employee working and 12 people in line. The only employee is moving fast but doesn't have gloves or a hair net on. Ok, hair net, whatever, BUT gloves, those are standard when working in food service. That is gross.
I didn't get any ice cream bc of that, but the people I'm with did. The cost was what you would expect for Baskin Robins. No complaints on the ice cream. They enjoyed it. Would we come back. They probably...

January 2025

Location just opened and is closest to my home. The girl was very rude, ignored us for about 10 minutes while she washed some blenders, and even ignored the people who walked in after us. Spoke very low, and I specifically told her which cone I wanted and still tried to make me feel stupid when asking which one. Felt like, for some reason, I rubbed her the wrong way. Should've been a better experience, husband decided not to order anything based on her attitude...
