Pulled up to the drive through to order a waffle cone and a banana royale, initially the voice in the box was polite and helpful. Then the voice changed and so did the attitude. WOW, I requested to speak to the polite and kind original employee only to be told no and what come do I want, the flat bottom one or the pointed one. I told her I didn’t want to spend any of my money there, I pulled up to the window to find out the name of the rude person, she was the shift lead and her name was Martha. Please promote the original young lady, she had much more customer service

We order same things every week. 2 Hand packed 24oz of ice cream. Today was at least the 3rd time they delivered our packed order not packed at all and and short.:( very disappointing and unable to call no one answers phone number. Apparently no supervisor?

Every time I've bought ANYTHING from this location it's absolutely terrible & takes FOREVER. The employees are awful.. lazy.. or absent! You have to be incompetent to screw up 3 lousy scoops of ice cream!!! And if I call to complain, the recordings in spanish!! This Rosecrans location just SUCKS!!!!
