Open sign is dark, windows are always filthy, floor needs to be mopped, visible frost on ice cream. Could be doing a lot better

The guy name Andy was working today and he was very rude and impatient and told me I can't taste more than 3 ice creams, I was just trying to decide which one to take, he seemed like he never really was interested to serve the customers, very bad experience, the guys who work during nights were very helpful tho, the manager of this store really needs to work on hiring staff, bcz this kind of attitude with the customers is not really great for a profit generating business. Never visiting this store again. I just decided to get a triple mango and leave the store.

BEWARE! NEVER BUY A CAKE FROM HERE!!!

This is the worst place to buy a cake. They forgot to make my cake even though the employee talked to the cake maker to make my cake when I placed the order. She had no problem upselling me for getting a vanilla ice cream cake with vanilla cake, but didn't make the cake.

Now they don't want to refund me.

Absolutely disgustingly dirty in this store.. owners son plays on phone instead of cleaning dirty tables and dirty sticky floors.. poor service from new owner and his son working the place.. extremely sad how bad this has gone down hill...

Always enjoy their Mangonada and the atmosphere is alright. Weekends is always packed so limited to find a seat.

The new workers are well trained provide great service. So glad they ask if I wanted a sample of that flavor before purchasing. The flowers is very unique and strong.

Loved the Thanksgiving - sweet potato, cornbread, cranberry - ice cream ?Much better than I thought it would be ?

We selected a cake labeled as cookies and cream ice cream and chocolate cake from the freezer. When cut into it for our daughter's bday, it was strawberry ice cream with white cake. We returned the cake to the store and the store said there was nothing they could do. No refund or replacement. $38.99 before tax and tip down the drain with nothing in return.

Clean iii

This one is usually pretty solid but the last few times I’ve gone it’s been so dirty and gross inside. Smeared ice cream on the counters (customer side), dirty floor and the workers weren’t wearing any gloves when serving. The young girl who was working this evening has been pretty rude and has terrible customer service the last few times I’ve gone in. She was arguing with her coworker on who was going to put away the cherries that night and complaining about her job as I was cashing out. I think it’s time for her to find a new job. Also- please clean the place up. It was beyond disgusting in there tonight. Really sad. I hope a manager sees this.

I went there with my 7 yo daughter to get some ice cream. The two workers were playing music with highly offensive lyrics. The guy in front of me with 3 kids was outraged and sent his kids outside. The works just keeped going about there business and did NOTHING. I was kind of shocked. We walked out and so did the other family.I won't be going back, but it's OK. I was never too thrilled with this place and Cold Stone is much better.

Nice and clean, good variety.

We have yet to have a bad experience here. Good variety of flavors and cup of cone options. Dipped cones with sprinkles are always a hit with the kids. The Valentine's Day flavor with raspberry chocolate is delicious and they have plenty of options for folks with different taste buds. A few dine in and dine out tables and generally plenty of parking.

Worst customer experience. Did not honor the child’s request for a scoop of ice cream when we entered the store at 9.55 pm nearing closing hours.( we were inside the store before 10 pm) The In regular practice , it is highly recommended that when the store is nearing the closing hours , the store manager does not allow customers inside ,instead of of allowing all customers inside making them wait in queue and denying purchase . Recommend the management reviews such actions seriously .
