6 people behind the counter but only one girl serving the customers. Got my order wrong and double charged me. No one new how to work the register to refund me. Didn't get to enjoy my ice cream it took them so long.

This is not the location I would visit if you like Baskin Robins. The portions were smaller than average and half melted. I ordered a single scoop and it was smaller than a kids scoop. I paid over fourteen dollars and between the three servings probably got less than a cup of ice cream. I haven’t felt this ripped off in a long time. I won’t be going back.

Walked in to this establishment and was greeted by a very rude man with a pony tail named Scott, who claims to be the manager. While looking at what to order, he proceeds to call my party and I “retards”. We all left shortly after and will never come back to this location again. This ruined my Baskin Robins experience and I’m very disturbed by this incident

My experience in Baskin Robbins at this location was spectacular! I entitled myself to a trip into heaven. The store included a colossal amount of flavors, with polar pizzas, delicious cakes, and clean tables to get a full experience when dining in. The workers were extremely nice, and Laila my server, made me feel belonged and amazing! I was able to try many flavors, and enjoyed a phenomenal scoop of the new flavor Bluey from this IT movie! Based on this experience it would be an honor to come again! This store is amazing in so many different ways! I would recommend anyone out there to check this place out! Trust me, this place is PERFECT for those who love ice cream just as much as me! You will thank me later!

Our icream was very soft. We didnt had the change to sit and enjoyed because it was melting. We where going to sit inside and eat our icream but the place felt warm inside.

This Baskin Robbins is outstanding in literally every aspect of customer service. The ice cream they serve isn’t just delicious and flavorful, it’s so varied, which makes it interesting to go every single time. The staff is so kind and caring among their customers, and the new owner is so friendly! She recently took over the Baskin Robbins of this location, and it was such a great pleasure to meet her! She treated me with so much respect and kindness, that made me feel belonged. I was even able to try some of the flavors and realize my love for the cotton candy flavor. The store was extremely clean, and suited every single one of my needs as a customer of Baskin Robbins. With this being said, it would be an absolute pleasure to come back again next time!
