This Baskin Robbins is outstanding in literally every aspect of customer service. The ice cream they serve isn’t just delicious and flavorful, it’s so varied, which makes it interesting to go every single time. The staff is so kind and caring among their customers, and the new owner is so friendly! She recently took over the Baskin Robbins of this location, and it was such a great pleasure to meet her! She treated me with so much respect and kindness, that made me feel belonged. I was even able to try some of the flavors and realize my love for the cotton candy flavor. The store was extremely clean, and suited every single one of my needs as a customer of Baskin Robbins. With this being said, it would be an absolute pleasure to come back again next time!

Went in to get a birthday cake. I was greeted by two friendly women. They worked with me to get the cake that I wanted. The only downside was the cost, but that was known ahead of time.The inside of the restaurant appeared to be clean. I would visit again if in the area.

This is not a typical Baskin Robbins. There is no bathroom available for customers or their children to wash hands before, or more importantly, after enjoying ice cream. Service was nice but facility is not appropriate for sit in dining.

The guy working here or manages or whatever he is, is a freaking tool! I can not ever recall going to any establishments in my life where I felt so uncomfortable while ordering. He is a rude as hell, literally smashing the ice cream covers so obnoxiously loud to let you know he is upset. We went in about 30 minutes before closing time and he literally called people vulgar names after they walked out the door. I do not understand how he is still employed here it baffles my mind especially considering all the negative reviews that have been left. My wife felt so uncomfortable last time we went that she said she will never go back in there if he is working. This was also not my first time here as I live in the neighborhood and it's like a running joke with my wife and I about how rude he is. This last time was just the last straw, I had to let people know ridiculously rude he is. The owners have been in there before and they are very nice people, I just don't understand why they retain him.

I needed a cake for a Graduation celebration during our vacation stay! I called to explain my situation and was told I could order online and they would watch for it. My cake was absolutely wonderful and made exactly as I requested. Cudos to this Baskin Robbins!
Read all the other reviews referencing a mean employee. Those are all very relevant. We were actually scared due to some of the statements he was making. Ice cream great.

I came to this location Thursday, July 27 approximately 5:15 PM with my fiancé, for an ice cream cake. While I was in here, the gentleman that was working, was having a very bad day, mumbling that he had to make a lot of orders by himself with no help showing a lot of aggression. He starts to slam the ice cream scoop in the container and slammed the doors, where my fiancé got very scared of this aggression, and felt unsafe and we had to walk out of the establishment after he made a comment to himself I should spit in these Mexicans ice cream.Spoke to corporate and found out this is a private Baskin Robbins. They are still going to take immediate action over this matter because this is very disgusting and sickening that this behavior. This has been going on for close to three years all negative reviews saying this employ had aggression and abusive behavior towards customers.

Best Baskin Robins in San Diego, good customer service. We called all baskin robins in San Diego and they all said they need 24-48 hours to make my order but this store made it for us in 4 hours only.?
