Absolutely horrific service. I ordered a turkey Thanksgiving cake for pick up at noon today and when I got there to the 4S ranch store was closed. I got there at 12:20. Knocked and called a few times to no answer. This cake is for my nieces second bday and for our Thanksgiving lunch. I had to leave and buy another make shift cake from Ralph’s. No phone call to say they are not open or that my cake should be picked up at another time. Now I’m at my lunch and the owner calls me and says oh well, we are open now at 1pm. Not apologetic at all and no explanation for why it was not open at noon nor any phone call letting me know it won’t be ready. The owner super inconsiderate and not helpful at all. She offered to deliver it but at 4pm when my lunch will already be done. I’ve asked for a refund, hopefully I get that. But extremely disappointed by the lack of client service and remorse. Will not be ever coming back here again.

We ordered an expensive cake for a very special occasion, and are pretty unhappy with how it turned out. The wrong name and age was written on top, despite the fact that I ordered online in clear print. The quick fix in the store was disappointing, and then we had to deal with trying to make it look nice. The cake itself did not seem fresh. If I need a cake for a special occasion next time I will go elsewhere.

Gross upkeep. BAthroom smelled and was clogged. I told the guy behind the counter and I could see he was not going to clean it. It's dangerous and dirty place. What a shame...

Servers never wear gloves when they are scooping ice cream.

Wow that cashier really hates his job. Has no taster spoons available- when pressed, disgruntled, he provides a standard spoon and I could clearly see there was cotton candy flavor scoops left “sorry that one is sold out”.
I came here for my kids to enjoy 2 scoops of ice cream for $7.50(!) without the side of attitude. Last time.

This store has nice and helpful employees and great tasting ice cream, but no upkeep on the appearance of the shop itself… the entrance door is always dirty with smudged hand prints all over it… and ice cream freezers glass and the stainless steel parts (where the customer stands in front of it to order) also needs cleaning. The owner of the shop has the radio on political stations instead of some happy music for their customers who come to have their scope of ice cream away from politics. Some relaxing and happy music would be more appreciated. I have been to other Baskin Robbins stores, and never encountered dirty glass doors or radio being on political podcasts!!! The ⭐️⭐️⭐️ are for the nice employees and good ice cream flavors.

I was looking for a customized cake for my son’s birthday celebration. Nisha at this B&R location was of great help. She managed to help with the cake decorator too to ensure the cake had the preferred design. In all, it was a great experience and would highly recommend Nisha and thanks for her efforts.

I love this Baskin-Robbins. The staff is so very nice. I had the pleasure of ordering ice-cream from Nisha. She is so personable and kind. The ice-cream is always delicious. Thank you Nisha for such great service.

We had the most amazing experience with our daughter’s 1st birthday cake. Nisha helped me design the cake. Her communication and attention to detail was very helpful. The cake was absolutely beautiful, and tasted delicious. Thank you RB team for making my daughter’s party so special.

Love this place! Every year I order an ice cream cake for my wife and daughter. They new disappoint.

I love this place, they have the best ice cream cakes and original flavors. Not too expensive either, and I like how they have that scoop thing on the 31st of each month, I always look forward to that. Can't go wrong with your nearby Baskin Robbins
