Horrible service and stuck us with a cake we didn't order. Instead of rectifying the situation, said we were stuck with the cake, no credits or anything. lol.. wow. and this was from management. I recommend just paying for a baker next time. This manager should be fired.

They won't allow custom cakes to pre-order over the phone even if you pay by credit card. You end up waiting in a long line with Baskin Robbins customers and Togo's customers. Plus if you want anything written on the cake, you wait again. Not efficient or well-managed.

Baskin-Robbins all time favorite as far as ice cream selections and flavors. What I really enjoyed about this particular one is that it is conjoined with a Togo sandwich delicatessen in one space. So we had lunch and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Also has self-serve soda fountain.
