Ordered a custom cake ahead of time online for my anniversary. Received confirmation. My pick up date landed on a holiday, I wasnt sure if they would be open, so I called them ahead to confirm my order and their holiday hours. Got no answer just straight to voicemail. No biggie prob just closed for holidays, I assumed. I decided to go in the following day after the holiday, just to ensure my order was ready and that they would be open.

Next day, i call to confirm my order and let them know im coming. No answer. Im confused and worried atp, I’ve called several times to no answer. So we go in person and theres a few employees talking with what i thought was a customer but was just a friend/coworker of theirs. They see us come in, and continue their conversation like nothing. I dont mind coworkers joking around and talking but it was a little baffling they just kinda ignored us. So we interrupt them and let them know were just here to pickup an order. They go to the back to find it and come back with nothing. I show them my order number and they just claim they dont have my order. No explanation or anything. Just say the best they can do is give me another cake of equal value. (While laughing with their friends about the situation) I tell them i called, to which they gaslit me and said they were there all day and heard no calls, i “must have called the wrong place”. I dialed from my phone and suddenly it was ringing 😐 they just acted confused.

Im already extremely upset, i really wanted this heart shaped custom cake for our anniversary. But i also understand shit happens. Maybe it got tossed on accident. Who knows. I try to work with what cakes they have available. I figured something with the same flavors would be just as good. They inform me i can only get one of equal value, but most of the cakes were bigger than the one i got. Leaving me with few options and flavors that werent the same. I picked one cake that was close to the flavors i chose, but it had a freaking HAIR in the cake!! I let them know, to which they all laughed and took the cake away to the back. Super unprofessional. But again, i just want a cake for my anniversary. I try to settle on one, but at this point im not having a great experience, and i kind of just want my money back.
They inform me the manager is on vacation out of state and i would have to call her for a refund.
At that point we just grabbed a random cake and walked out. If they didn’t answer their phone all week i didn’t trust the manager to answer for a refund. Ridiculous.

This location needs to work on their communication. I dont understand why i didnt receive a call back or email regarding my order progress or what happened to it…Just really sucked. Please do better. I understand its the holidays, and i tried to be really understanding. But i payed for something special and walked out with a disappointing random cake . Its just not what i paid for. The employees didnt make the situation any better either.

Very rude employee. I asked him about an online order that was not ready and he said he needed to finish everyone else’s orders at the store first. Online orders should be done first. That caused a huge delay. Staff needs training.

I remember when Teri Winters worked here. Sometimes I'd come in just so she could scoop for me and that I could leave an extra tip. Those were the days.

Great tasting ice cream that is just the right of wrong.

Sometimes with less than 31 flavors to choose from, it's difficult to pick lol.

Never a wrong choice.

We had dinner here after reading some good reviews, and they were absolutely accurate. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and well-portioned. I especially loved the dragon roll — full of texture and flavor. The miso soup was hot and rich, and the service was very polite and efficient. You can tell this place takes pride in what they do.

place need a good cleaning. I'll do it . . the ice cream tasted good at first and then it started tasting like freezer burn a nasty water taste. it feels like the worker knew the ice cream was bad gaven me a good scoop on top and the other scoop on bottom makes you think if they trying to cover it up.

I am upset with their customer care service, representatives did not seem helpful and was in some kind of rush that I could not ask questions. The shake that I got was less than the expected amount. Never coming back to this store
