Horribly inconsistent. Rude manager. Lazy employees. When they were good they were really good

These cookies are delicious, and unlike other cookie specialty shops, they don’t put too much butter or oil in their cookies, so they never make me sick. They have a good variety of flavors, and the staff is always really nice.

I used to come here every day, and sometimes twice a day, but then they made the unfortunate decision to cut some corners when it comes to packaging. They used to serve the cookies in little black bags that had a wax paper lining, and it kept the cookies properly protected. But several months ago they switched to a really flimsy white bag that makes the cookies impossible to enjoy. The old bag held the cookie and allowed you to eat it neatly and easily. The white bags are so cheap that the cookie falls apart inside, and because they’re so gooey, it sticks all over the inside of the bag, so you end up with paper-covered cookie mush. It so thoroughly destroys the experience so much that I stopped going there completely. Which is probably a good thing because it’s better for my health anyway. So I guess I owe them a big thank you for being so cheap they don’t care about the customer experience.

Parking: It’s right between a grocery store and a kid’s dance school so the parking lot is always crammed

Was disappointed with response when asking if the company offered a millitary discount. It's bad enough that this company doesn't recognize the millitary community but to be snooty about it was unnecessary.
I felt rushed. Love the product but the customer service or atmosphere.

I went to purchase a treat for three of my staff members. We were pleasantly welcomed by the amazing smell of the cookies. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their products. We were given a fantastic sample of the s'more cookie. We tried the oatmeal, classic, and smore cookies. All were amazing. I am eager to try their cookie cakes which look perfect for office parties or kids bday. Highly recommend and my favorite cookie store!

1st time getting them... on vaca in Cali. Lady at counter was super nice... said she was originally from Dayton OH. Offered me a sample of the S'Mo. Was really tasty... got one of those and The Doodle. Fresh, great texture, flavorful and nice sized cookies. They hit the sweet spot ?

When I went, only two groups in front of me. Waited 15 mins for a both duos to complete their orders and it was because the counter service was making plenty of small talk while there was a line building up behind me. All their cookies are not made to order and are premade so there should be no wait time. Then when I finally get to the counter, there were 5+ groups of people behind me. $6 for a small, cold, dry cookie. And for some reason they feel the need to add chocolate into nearly all their default cookies that don't cycle monthly. So even their oatmeal and berry cookies have chocolate in them. Why the need to add chocolate to everything? What if someone doesn't want chocolate? Crumbl does it better tbh... Same price per cookie (And their cookies are bigger), more choices (including plenty that don't have chocolate in them) and for the cookies that are meant to be served warm, they're always warm and not dry.

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order, I had to wait in line. There were no signs directing online orders. It’s a small shop, there was a long line and no where to sit. When it came my turn, that’s when I was told that pick up orders don’t have to wait in line. When I got to the car with my order we opened the box, it wasn’t warm but I grabbed the classic and ate it anyway but my family noticed a blonde hair on a cookie. I quickly looked at the cookie I was eating but didn’t see anything on it. I went back and showed the girl at the counter the cookie with hair stuck to it and she offered to provide me with a new cookie.
The cookie that I ate, tasted pretty good ?. And everyone els enjoyed their replaced cookies.
?Noticed afterwards, that they aren’t allergy friendly. Wish they had healthier choices as well. Pretty expensive too.

Probably the best cookie I've ever had. Initially had reservations about if the quality and taste was going to match the price point but it definitely did.

Got pink lady and classic. Classic were undercooked/raw in center, outer side is cooked properly. Too sweet for my taste but it’s personal preference. Aftertaste is not like from sugar (is it syrup?). Kid also refused to eat cookie after first bite because it was too sweet.
