the boba was hard and had absolutely no flavor. the tea itself tasted rlly watered down too. my friends and i went here again to give them a second chance and it was still horrible. go to presotea instead which is js a few minute walk from here.

You know those milk boba tea stores in Convoy, this one is as good but cheaper, and they offer a discount second half price for new openings.I really hope they have pudding toppings but they only have rainbow jelly.

I originally came here to go to Dave's Hot Chicken but once I saw the Korean corn dog sign I had to stop here. Coming from Seattle I've been to many boba places and had lots of Korean corn dogs. The decor is cute. The girl working was nice and asked us if our boba was too sweet or butter. But our brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea were just not as quality as we had hoped. The boba pearls we okay but a little too soft. I also got the mozzarella corn dog which was not good. They were out of the potato corn dog unfortunately. My mozzarella dog was very small and just came from a freezer. The majority of it was breading. I think they should work on producing higher quality products to have more returning customers. I paid $20 for 2 teas and a small corn dog.

My friend and I tried to come up with the number of businesses that have opened and closed at this suite near the SE corner of Cass and Garnet over the past few years. It's not a positive sign that a place focused on boba tea and/or desserts cannot sustain an operation on this busy block in PB. Bay Brews is the latest boba tea store to give it a shot next door to a popular Nashville hot chicken chain. A few vending machines and an inflatable sofa near the entrance were the only remarkable changes to the decor that I noticed. I was the sole customer when I arrived on a weekend afternoon. Boba milk teas, coffee and lattes, fruit smoothies, iced teas, Korean corn dogs, ice cream bars, and shaved ice were the main offerings on the menu which was posted on a wall next to the service counter. From the list of seven iced teas, I selected the POG (Passionfruit Orange Guava) with boba pearls added which cost $0.75. The size of the tea for the price wasn't great, and the POG flavor was not strong. The boba pearl quality was average for softness. I also picked the Shaved Ice with three syrups... lemon-lime, pina colada, and banana. This frozen product was not good at all. First, the ice shavings were not light and powdery. Second, it was served in a clear plastic cup (same as the iced tea) instead of a bowl as shown in the menu photo. Third, all I could taste was the lemon-lime flavor. I couldn't tell if pina colada and banana were even added. What I received was more like a lemon-lime slush. Having a bus stop directly in front of the store does not help the visibility of Bay Brews. I am generously rounding my rating to three stars for the recent experience. They will need to advertise aggressively and/or offer some discounts to create sufficient customer traffic.

They have grand opening promotion! I get this cute key chain plush for FREE. Its a good size, I can hang it on my backpack ,lunch bag. So cute, really love it.
