I usually say this is mine’s and my boyfriend’s go-to place for sandwiches but he got sick after this place and we haven’t come back. The sandwiches are really good, workers are very nice, and great location. I just want them to make sure they’re doing safe food preparation so this doesn’t happen again to anyone else

Prices are misleading. States one price on the board, another at the till. 'Gotta pay extra for the base'. My base was milk. 23.50 for two smoothies !!. Save your money and go elsewhere. Rip off .

I really love this place and the staff is great until my recent experience. I didn't catch him name, so I apologize but the young black guy that works there is very rude. He is condescending when he talks to you and comes across like he's better than you. What really bothered me was that he was making fun of another customer talking bad about them and making jokes to his coworker. He didn't even care that customers were close by and could here him, it's almost like that's what he wanted.

I had the large Acai Bowl for $17.24 tax included. It was refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend the Acai Bowl here

This is a great place to grab a sandwich. Good music and relaxed atmosphere makes Beach Hut Deli a good place to stop and grab a bite.

Was one of my favorite places. Just ate there and paid $23 for a sandwich that had about half the meat that should be on a sandwich especially for $23. Ate there quite a bit and used to be a lot of meat. Now it’s just a lot of dry bread. Maybe it’s the new employees used to be a good place. I’d move onto the next.

The food is too die for and the portions are big. Would 10/10 recommend it too anybody they also offer vegetarian food and the service is fast I ordered and 4 min later my food arrived. They also offer a vast variety of drinks from beer to milkshake. The workers were also very friendly.
Vegetarian options: There is something for everyone.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Wheelchair accessibility: The whole restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users.

As others have mentioned, the location is great but the food is overpriced. I would expect things to be a little more expensive in this area of downtown, but for the price, I did expect higher quality food. There are very few fast service restaurants in this part of town, and the outdoor patio by the park is very nice, but definitely expect to pay a lot for a mediocre meal. Service was friendly but slow, we waited quite a while for just two sandwiches. In terms of the food, the menu makes it sound like the sandwiches are loaded with flavor and toppings (lots of different sauces, breads, etc.) but it's really not that flavorful. We got the meatball sandwich and a pastrami sandwich. The meatball sandwich was two giant slices of bread with just four small meatballs and some sauce, very little cheese. Neither the meatballs nor the sauce had much flavor. The pastrami sandwich was supposed to come with lots of toppings and cheese, but if there was cheese on there, I could neither see nor taste it. We completely finished both sandwiches, so it's not good value for the price either. We were still hungry so we got a bowl of tomato soup--it was $8 for a small bowl of soup and "garlic bread," which was just a slice of toasted white bread cut into sections. Again, bad value. Unless I really need a faster meal when I'm in this area of downtown, I will not be returning.

Good food, don't come if you have *any* kind of time constraint. It took me 23 minutes to order, and 44 to even get my food. Honestly, the staff was just *way* too stoned.
