THEY GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT! It didn’t start like it but my order got out of hand quick. The online order was super easy to use and when I saw how easy it was to customize the salad I wanted I kinda went to town. I looked at my order after I was finished and it looked ridiculous but I already had paid so I was like, ya get what ya get nut they did everything right, every single detail. I even got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and it was fantastic. I’m watching the Super Bowl right now. My birthday is tomorrow. I am working in San Diego and by myself chilling these people made my day even better and I appreciate you guys. Thank you, everybody should spend money here

Sweet. Grandmother’s. SPATULA…! I could eat here every day for the rest of my life and never be unhappy again ? I’m only in town for a conference but Beach Hut’s got me looking up reputable real estate companies nearby! I would go into debt for their Sunrise sandwich (toasted & melted ofc). Don’t even ask what I’d do for the Creamy Chicken Poblano soup… ??10/10 would recommend!

I was really disappointed in the açaí bowl. It was almost all toppings, and the açaí smoothie base didn’t taste fresh, I’m fairly certain that it was a premade and scooped ice cream base. I wouldn’t be disappointed in the substantial amount of toppings, but they were layered so much into the smoothie that somehow almost every bite was dry and left me choking on granola. The employees were very friendly, so we may come back to try the sandwiches here later, they seem to be reviewed really well by others, but I would avoid the açaí bowl in the future.

I’m a returning customer me and my friends always end up meeting at beach hut and the environment is always chill and service is great super welcoming workers which is why I’m always looking forward to ending my night at beach hut. One of the outstanding workers would be Sydney super kind and always goes above and beyond to assure a guests has a great customer service :)

I had the X-Large 12" (French Roll) Righteous Reuben. It was great! Toasty, meaty, hot and cheesey... I ordered online and it was ready before I got there. I will definitely be back.

First time eating here today the staff was great and the sandwich was made quick didn't have to wait long the sandwich was really really good n good for the price to with all the fixins good place to munch on a sandwich while I'm fishing I would definitely come back again you guys are awsome ??
Cool spot but way overpriced. Bread toasted nicely, but not a fan of heated up chicken for the salads or sandwiches. Would rather have it grilled fresh. Especially what they are charging.

Great outdoor space. The cali caprese was delicious. The cali cheesesteak was a little salty for our taste. The garlic cheese bread bites were a let down. Staff was kind. Clean bathrooms.

My bf and I really enjoyed the sandwiches here. He got the surfin pig and I got the surfin bird and we both devoured it. I would have to be really honest though. The bacon was a bit too hard for me. I mean taste was there but we both ended up taking them out the sandwich because it was super hard and the sandwich was just as good without them. We also ordered the nachos which had bacon in them as well. Those came out first and that's when we noticed the bacon. We were a little confused if it was the chips or the bacon that was hard. Well just put it this way it was way, the bacon were harder than the chips. Not sure if it was a bad batch since we did come closer to closing but yeah we plan on skipping out in the nachos and bacon in general when we order sandwiches the next time. Other than that I'd definitely come back. Plus the staff was really friendly and welcoming.

I'm so bummed, this place used to be pretty good but now it is the most egregious example of "quality went way down, prices went way up" in the post pandemic era My sandwich didn't come with the bread that was advertised on the menu, it wasn't toasted as was advertised on the menu, it was DROWNED in mayo to the point my bread was soggy in 30 seconds, and overall it just was not a good sandwich. My girlfriend felt the same about her sandwich tooI was embarrassed because I was talking this place up to her all day. We both left with tummy aches If you're going to charge $20+ for a freaking sandwich it better be DAMN GOOD. This ain't it. RIP to beach hut deli, I won't be returning
