Pretty cool spot, right in front of the beach. Host told us to sit wherever we want and a server will be with us shortly. We just came for drinks which were really good and generous portions, for an appetizer we had guacamole and chips which were good but slightly salty. Only wished the had heaters cause it got cold. Overall i liked the place and I recommend it.

Was here back in September. A fun place with a great vibe! We were walking by and decided to stop by and sat at the outside bar. I cant speak too much to the food as we just got apps which were delicious, but honestly the star of the show were the drinks and the staff. Everyone was super friendly and a lot of fun, especially Niko who was an excellent bar tender!

The location and atmosphere is what makes this place great! It has great beach views and the tables are in the sand which makes you feel like you are at a resort.I have had the Al Pastor tacos which are pretty good. The queso is huge. We had it as an appetizer and we didn't even finish it between the four of us. I have had better queso though. It kind of reminded me of pub cheese

I've always wanted to sit on those big ol' chairs overlooking the ocean with a drink, and watch the people go by. I took my Mom here for just that purpose and there happened to be chairs open! We each got a Pina colada. The bartender was super nice and friendly and the drink was Oh So Good! One of the best Pina Coladas I've ever had, including all the Hawaii ones over the years .. BUT. Super pricey. In a plastic cup. So you're paying for the view and the atmosphere and the delicious drink, yes.... But $38 for two drinks yikes. But we loved it!!

I've walked by this place so many times and never went in. I was finally able to stop in with a friend and try it out. The panoramic beach view is hard to beat, plus they had sand on the floor so it felt as if we were drinking right on the beach! The drinks were unique, I tried the Pink caddy and loved it. I also had the al pastor tacos al la carte. I thought the tacos might not be enough, but they were so full and delicious I was definitely satisfied. I will be coming back to try some of the other drinks/food.The service was also super fast and very friendly. Even though they only had one bartender that day, our drinks came out speedy and so did our food. Our waitress was also very kind, she checked in on us regularly and always made sure we had everything we needed.

The space is fun the portions huge but the musicToo loud for daytime and the boys said the burrito was too big and bland and didn't like black beans and the menu doesn't tell you what is gluten free and what isn't and the menu is pretty small - I did really like my tacos - was enough to feed two - cocktails pretty pricey and unremarkable. The pink caddy Tasted like watery fruit punch.

Don’t know what to say the need to be more careful about how they used there hand sanitizer between serving customer and the money. I didn’t taste the ice cream don’t feel like getting sick. Maybe in the future if I go back they need to pick up how the run up the shop

OMG! This place was the bomb! I definitely recommend this place. The restaurant is outside on the boardwalk. I ordered all of the appetizers and they were all delicious! My favorite was the guacamole and chips. I ordered the lobster quesadilla and it was a bit too fishy for me. I enjoyed the taquitos! They were delicious. I had some of their signature alcoholic beverages and enjoyed them. You can't go wrong with this place. The vibe is relaxing and the scenery is nice. A great place to take a date and chill over some drinks. I definitely recommend this place and will return. This place is Gary Orange-tree approved!

It was really nice to come here and get a perfect ocean view with a tasty beverage. I had been driving a lot during the preceding week, so I definitely was ready to take advantage of the fact that I had nowhere pressing to be - and no need to drive. This led to one cocktail apiece at 1:30pm. It is a bit unclear as to seating, waiter service or not, etc. It would be nice for them to clarify this, even with a sign. We started at the bar, which was initially a bit annoying, because it was hard to even get acknowledged despite being somewhat busy but not crowded enough to justify this. Some servers were just standing there and flirting with each other. We finally got the attention of the bartender and he was nice. We asked about the frozen drinks and, sensing our indecision, he let us sample them, which was very nice to do! We both went with the frozen paloma and sat down at a comfortable table with an unbeatable view. FYI, some sections have sand, and some don't, so it's great that you have a choice - we sat in the non-sand section. Also, the bathrooms are in the general outdoor amusement park area, so they're a mild hike away. The drinks were amazing! They had mezcal in them, so it was smoky but still sweet (because frozen drinks are often like that). We wound up having a waitress come to our table often to see what we needed (she wasn't one of the ones who was posted up and ignoring customers earlier, and even some of those people wound up circulating often). My husband wound up getting a whiskey and ginger ale while we both nursed the paloma he had ordered. Even when a big group sat closer to the ocean in front of us, the views of the Pacific were still so all-encompassing that it didn't matter. I would imagine that later in the day, it gets super busy, given how wonderful the views are.

My first time coming to this place! When I walked up it reminded me of a beach resort. Ocean view, great music, people playing corn hole, everyone lounging and smiles all around! The eating area is outside you have your feet in the sand and the beautiful ocean view. Overall the food was good just a tad bit on the salty side. Presentation was simple and the food was prepared pretty fast. Our waitress was quick and attentive. After your meal you can take a walk on the beach or right behind the restaurant there's a boardwalk with carnival games and rides.

We are looking for an event venue and did a tour of this location. It is a very chill and relaxing environment, was afraid that it was not all ages but there was younger children sitting inside. They have 2 bar areas and w cute sea shell lounges. The plastic chairs are a bit uncomfortable but they do have comfortable cushion chairs in the back. There is a stage for a dj or live band, as well as cornhole. Right now it is "seat yourself and waiter will be with tou" but unfortunately we were never greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. The rating is specifically for the venue itself.

Great concept. Massive outdoor bar on the beach with occasional live music and plenty of shade. Bummer is the bartenders have Major attitudes as do most of the employees. One bartender in particular is a Latin male with a tattoo on his forearm. Total angry a****** while he's working! F*** off d******** Go home if you don't want to be there. Please fire this a******* Once again, another San Diego restaurant with horrible employee training and customer service. What the F******* How do these shitty employees get hired and get away with being rude? Outrageous! Also the drinks are extremely expensive. Like $18 bucks for a premixed margarita and the tacos are sub par. I just out to have a good time and the shitty employees kinda ruin the night. Wake up business owners and managers. Do a better job hiring and training. I will not go there again. And I will spread the word to not go there

While the food here was good and drinks were pretty tasty! The venue was hosting a comedy show and servers didn't advise us upon arrival. We arrived at 1:30 and were told last call for food was 1:45 , but provided no reason! We ordered quickly and at 2:45 with only one check in from our waiter we were advised by security to make our way to the exit for a the incoming guests of the comedy show, we hadn't finished our food or received our checks. They really need to work closer with the staff on preparations for events like this and how to handle customers. Upon plowing advised of the food last call reasons should have been provided. This was poor experience of what could have been a great day.
