The employees here are literal angels on earth. They’re so sweet every day, remember my order, and always make sure to give my pups a pupcup. They make a phenomenal iced dirty chai!! I love this coffee spot so much!!!
First time trying Hob Coffee East Village which is a super cute coffee shop on the corner of K and 11th near Petco Park. They only had one employee working which made wait times a bit long since she had to take orders and then make drinks but she was doing her best. Thankfully it wasn’t super busy or I don’t think we would have waited. I've had good experiences with the staff. But beware that they have changed their matcha to a bad tasting, pre-sweetened powder mix. I ordered an unsweetened matcha latte. When I got my matcha, it was undrinkable. I politely asked for an unsweetened matcha and was told that's was the only powder they had. I don't understand why that wasn't stated before I paid. But i needed caffeine, so I walked about with an iced coffee I didn't want. Disappointing
