This was hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. We were seated and waited over 21/2 hours without being served. The restaurant was clearly short-staffed, yet no one informed us of the situation when we arrived. Had we known, we would have left immediately. Our cook Luis was the only good thing about this place. Multiple parties got up and walked out due to the excessive wait and complete lack of communication. The experience was frustrating, disorganized, and unacceptable. I would not recommend dining here unless major changes are made.

Absolutely terrible experience.. We were there in total 3 hours 15 min. The lady taking our order was so busy that we didn't get drink/water refills in a timely manner. We waited over 2 hours just for the chef to come out. The chefs trays weren't even packed right and he had to keep asking for help getting the proper food. Everybody in the restaurant was getting upset and complaining about how long the service was taking. While we were there, 3 tables got up and walked out before their food even got there. Kids were starving.. It was honestly a horrible experience. My kids and I have celebrated our birthdays there 3x a year for the last 10 years and this will definitely be our last time. The chef told us the night before was even worse. Over booked and under staffed is absolutely ridiculous. You guys have to come up with a better system for the future or I assume you will lose a lot of business.

It took my family and I two hours to get our food. The waiters took around 1 hour to ask if we wanted more drinks and the chef forgot to add the extra fried rice and shrimp to my daughter's order. It was the last time I will ever go there.

My experience at this benihana was terrible. Our table was full with guests. Our order was taken, the drinks were brought almost immediately. About 15 minutes later our soup was served. We had another long wait and I decided to search for the manager. But the cook was coming from the kitchen with the salad. For a long time we waited for the cook to come to the grill. Another guest searched for the manager and was told he would be sent to our table. After a longer time another guest did track down the manager he was brought to the table to hear all complaining. Staff was short that evening was the cause of the delay. We would not be served for some time. In short our whole table agreed that more than two hours wait was incomprehensible. I offered to pay our amount of what we did eat but the manager stated we "didn't owe anything" with that we all departed.

Went for their Happy Hour and they have a nice Happy Hour deal, food and drinks were good. 8/10. The drinks are about 80% sweet and 20% strong, and I tried 3 different drinks. The service was okay, it didn't seem busy but there was a delay in getting our items out and then our waitress forgot we had asked for the bill. Overall, I'd come back and try out different menu items.

Despite having reservations we waited 40 min to be seated then 2 hours for food being served. Poor management, staff shortage, over booked.

They were clearly overbooked. Sat at our table for almost an hour before our chef came over. A lot of full tables with no food and people in bad moods. Our chef was Chris and he was great. Food was good, expensive but you get a decent amount of Chris cooked wverything perfectly. Heads up parking can be a nightmare. Be sure to show up with enough time to find parking and be prepared to wait.

He was a very disappointing experience last night. The server was very slow and the cook was definitely having a bad day.

We were seated with two other families, one who arrived when we did and the other came a little later. Did not like having to wait for the other family since reservations were at a certain time. Waiter was amazing and brought whatever we ordered quickly. The sous chef wasnt as energetic as i liked him to be. It was my birthday after all. It was hard to hear anything being said due to everyone being loud. After booking the sous chef i realized i shouldve booked a lounge seat instead.

Everything was great except the front desk reception and the long wait times. We had a reservation for 6:15 and didn't get seated till 2 hours later. When my mom went to go and ask for a manager the front desk girl “Jasmine” gave my mother attitude. That was poor customer service. The chef cooked very well, and the manager gave us free appetizers for the wait which definitely helped. There was a small hiccup on the last bill but was resolved promptly and was no big deal.

Our reservations were at 6 pm for a party of 10 our own table. We didn't get seated until 7:30 pm. The server seemed overwhelmed and didn't take our order for another 15 min. Then she forgot to bring salads. But the chef Luis was very fun, entertaining, funny /‘d the food was amazing. But we had small kids with us and instead of leaving the restaurant by 8:30-9 we didn't finish dinner until closer to 10 pm. I highly recommend Luis the chef but this was the worst service I have ever received at Benihana.

Unfortunately, our first experience at Benihana was not the greatest. We had a reservation for 12 guest at 3 PM. We were seated put in our drink orders following with our meal orders. Sadly, we all got our food orders at different times some of us didn't get an appetizer until after we received our dinner. The experience overall was horrible. The service is horrible. We sat down to eat around three 3:10 and some of us didn't get our dinner until almost 5 PM. The wait time was close to an hour. Wait time just to get a The wait time was close to a hour. Wait time just to get an appetizer.Sadly, my family and I will not be returning. The experience was definitely not a great. Upon asking to speak to the manager, as there were other guests there upset over the long wait for food. The manager didn't seem too concerned with the situation at hands the server continue to make excuses onto why our food had been delayed for so long we left there paying a full balance of $410.00 for such poor service!

Getting your sushi without soy sauce because the waitress put the wrong sauce on the plate that was hot. Then never returned with the replacement... we were rushed to our table because the couple that was supposed to be at that table decided to go somewhere else(?) the table already had their order taken. The rush to get our order in. We were celebrating my husbands birthday but no celebration was given to him as we weren't even given the proper greeting

the last time I went there it was over booked and under staffed and it was the same again this time. It wasnt until they sat us at the table that they told us it was going to take an hour to get a chef at the table. I think they should tell us that as soon as we check in. It seems as though they havent figured out the best way to do things even with complaints. We ended up moving and sitting at the bar but the food that is not prepared in front of you is the same.
