I love you place. The lady working the register, so accommodating. The food always š£ bomb!! A little wait but that's because it's always cooked fresh!! Best hibachi gets 5 āāāāā I'd give more if I could!! Also open late!!

I ordered my food expecting it to be prepared properly, like any functioning restaurant should manage. But no. The rice shows up plain white, not a drop of the sauce I specifically requested. Then comes the real horror. The shrimp and chicken were literally undercooked. As in, dangerously raw. What kind of kitchen is serving raw seafood and poultry to customers? Thatās not just lazy, thatās a lawsuit waiting to happen. Since I was starving and trusted the label that said it was āready to eat,ā I had to COOK the damn food myself, food that shouldāve come fully cooked. After eating, I went to bed thinking that was the end of the nightmare. Wrong. I woke up in actual hell. My stomach felt like it was being clenched in a vice grip. I was drenched in sweat, felt like puking my guts out, and I had the overwhelming urge to sprint to the bathroom every 10 seconds, even when there was nothing left to give. It got so bad, I had to strip down in the car literally becoming shirtless and just in boxers like I was being exorcised. This wasnāt just food poisoning, this was a biohazard. Iāve spent the entire day weak, hot, nauseous, and in constant pain. This place served me something that belongs in a medical waste bin, not a takeout box. Shut. Them. Down. For public health. For humanity. For me.

The food here is very good. I get it everytime Iām in San Diego, order ahead of time because the wait at night could take forever. But the food makes it worth it. Iād also rather eat the somewhere else. The dining area is very dull. But the food is what really matters. Order a head of time and itāll make the difference. Itās also pretty pricey but to me the food is worth it 100%

I love the fact that they are open late, the place is a hole in the wall and to be charging outrageous prices for their food you would thing the place would look better HOWEVER the food WAS AMAZING!!! Had sooo much flavor I will definitely be back to this establishment just for the food, job well done !

I had the most disappointing experience with Besthibachi. I ordered through UberEats and waited over an hour for my food, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but they didnāt respond at all.
When my order finally arrived, I discovered they had forgotten an entire itemāthe Chicken Plate with garlic sauce. How can a restaurant mess up an order so badly?
This experience has been frustrating, and I now understand why there are so many negative reviews. Donāt be fooled by the false positive reviews on UberEats; I certainly wonāt be ordering from Besthibachi again. Save your time and money and choose a restaurant that values its customers!

The food (scallops) were overcooked , rice was greasy and service was not so great (not friendly). The inside was rundown looking and the payment booth was not visually appealing. I felt like I was in a autoshop or tire shop. Not 30 dollars a order worthy.
This is the second time Iāve ordered food from this place, and itās been disappointing both times. I would not recommend ordering or dining here. They didnāt have the yum yum sauce, which is understandable, but they didnāt offer any alternative sauces or compensation.
Moreover, this is the second time theyāve told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes, yet when I arrived 30 minutes later, it still wasnāt done. When I asked to speak to a manager, only the cashier and chef were present, and the restaurant was empty.
When this place first opened, the service was quick, the staff was polite, and the portions were great. Unfortunately, it has declined significantly since then. The staff seems indifferent, and the potential this place had initially is fading. Donāt waste your time or money here. I will not be returning.
***Update: After eating the food from this restaurant, both my husband and I became very sick. My son didnāt eat this food, so we know it was from the restaurant. We experienced severe stomach cramps and had to rush to the toilet frequently. It was a terrible experience, and I felt extremely unwell. Due to this, we will not be returning to this restaurant. Iām exhausted from the constant trips to the bathroom and barely got an hour of sleep. This is not normal, and I believe the health inspector should be called to investigate. Avoid eating here.

Love this rice great favor better then other I've tried but I started making my own I love the happy hour plate specually the price for it but just the plate of the side of rice with shrimp and chiken is great porciĆ³n but I do come for the spicy sauce other then that I HATE THAT THEY NEVER OPEN ON TIME LIKE HOW
