The big guy taking odres charges extra for whip cream $ .75, and $.50 extra for ordering a larger drink for medium size he charged me $.50cents. They called my order and I ordered a drink with Almond milk he just put them on the counter and didn't bother to mark which was almond milk hot chocolate I can't have regular milk. He got upset when I asked to show me which drink was the one with Almond milk. He turned away and started taking other people's orders..I used to come to this place before when there was a friendly girl but I won't come back again.

I had a iced chai latte, which was good, they offered with whip cream as well so that was a plus, the man at the register was very friendly and welcoming. I also had a churro ice cream sandwich and I notice when I sat down that they do not make their churros or funnel cake fresh, which was disappointing. The churro ice cream sandwich was very disappointing, I only was able to eat less than half. So I wouldn’t recommend any of their churros or funnel cake as it’s frozen then deep fried. Which is why I’m giving it a 3 star.

The bakery is frozen. I ordered a funnel cake and i was waiting for 15mins. I asked the cashier if it was almost ready. She didn't reply back to me she just jumped on a phone call and went to get the funnel cake out of the freezer.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The employee or manager of the coffee bistro was the most hateful and condescending individual I have ever encountered at a business. I have a daughter with multiple allergies, so we always ask about ingredients for health reasons. She was rude from the beginning when answering the question we had about the drinks. She refused to take our money if not handed directly to her. She actually made my mother pick up the money from the counter and hand it to her as she said it was “rude” not to directly hand her the money. She then rudely made us take one step away to wait for the drink for some reason in control. When we asked about this rule, she showed bad attitude and refused to start making my daughter her drink. She started washing dishes and laughing with another employee. We asked for our money back and she became condescending with her remarks and attitude still refusing to make the drink or give us our money back. She proceeds to look at my 7 year old daughter who was standing innocently, “I feel sorry these are your parents.” Not okay to speak to my child in that way. After reading other posts from other sites, the employee needs to leave the establishment or will end up shutting down. She repeatedly attacks parents with children. I’m sure her behavior and attitude is a daily occurrence that no one should have to experience on vacation!!
