I had an online takeout order. Service was good and the atmosphere looked nice - I rated them 4. Food was ready on time.Sadly the food itself was 1 rating: garlic knots had burnt crust and the inside was raw/doughy & cold/moist - clear indicative of someone throwing frozen food in the oven at high temp and rushing it out. I have made better frozen garlic knots myself bought from grocery store. Pizza was fine and cooked (thankfully) and the crust was decent, but the problem I have there is it was barely 10” pizza in a 12” box and missed the mark in terms of price to serving value.

I have only ever reviewed a restaurant once but feel it’s important to review when senior management should be advised. Today I went for lunch with my husband and 2.5 year old son. We entered and was asked how we were… we respond good thank you. We were so concerned with ordering and getting to a table before our toddler had a meltdown we did not ask the staff at the till how they were. He proceeded to say “ I’m fine , thanks for asking” … I did respond with “ I’m sorry we are just so concerned with the great pizza in front of us “ …. Of course everyone has their own expectations of interactions with others but looking back I find this really rude and condescending. The food is fine, atmosphere good but I’m not looking for etiquette lessons , especially when I am being polite and thankful… his demeanour was uncalled for and rude. Hopefully this employee can find a nicer way to interact with the customers.

Thank you Best Pizza and Brew Carmel Mountain for an amazing customer service. We went to celebrate as a family Valentines Day with the kids and it was crowded. We ordered and had to wait a bit long. My kids were super hungry and went to the counter a couple of times to see if our pizza was ready. When it finally came and we were all happily eating, one of the managers came up and said that they were very sorry for the wait and that the tab was on them. We didn’t want that just wanted our pizza but we are grateful for the gesture and we will for sure be coming again soon. Thankful for the service and the people at this restaurant. Blessings.

Ordered a BBQ CHICKEN SALAD for pick-up. It looked so beautifully packaged, and the atmosphere was just right...I decided to eat it there. Everything was on point.Kid-friendliness: My elementary school kiddos really enjoy eating at the restaurant.

I truly enjoy this chain it’s the closest thing I’ve found to NY pizza. However paying close to 15$ for two slices and waiting 15 minutes for my Buffalo and cheese slice to come out burnt, it’s every single time with this location.I understand it gets busy but y’all have to do better

Great pizza. Love the buffalo chicken. I would definitely recommend that one! Can't go wrong with just plain cheese as well. Our group had half buffalo chicken and half meat lovers. Was really good.

It’s Friday night and I decided that I needed pizza. And, I wanted to replicate my favorite Chicagoland pizza - Aurelio’s Super Six (sausage, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, green pepper, cheese). I had it delivered and quickly devoured half of it. I prefer my pizza cut in little squares and probably ate too much because they were giant New York style wedges.Delivery was faster than anticipated and it arrived piping hot.
