Very packed and busy food is good but service is bad. I ordered a pastry warmed up and they didn’t even warm it up and i had to wait 20 minutes to get it warmed up and then we had to wait another 15 to get our food

Food is mid. Service is mid. Atmosphere is mid. Baristas are super nice though. They look stressed. However, I’ve seen a couple cockroaches there before and when I brought it up to someone, they said they knew, and that the district manager refused to get it taken care of. The also informed me on other “critters” that they possibly have. They didn’t want to say much due to possibly being in trouble so I understand completely. Sadly, while speaking to this barista, the manager seemed to give attitude, telling them to go do something else. I’ve had a job just like that before. Higher ups will refuse to take initiative even if it means closing the place down for a little which yes, means you won’t make money. Companies like this will prioritize that money over their employees health and safety and that’s what I saw that day. I refuse to ever eat or drink here again even if this were fixed that’s still downright gross and horrible to know about the things wrong in your workplace and refuse to fix it knowing your baristas are seeing that stuff every single day. They told me his name was Chris and they even gave me his email. I WILL be saying something.

I love me some Better Buzz any time of the day, like this Morning so I when to get some plus some extra Better Breakfasts sandwishes plus the Avocado and sliced tomato's. To my realization when I got to my destination that both my Better Breakfast sandwishes where without the Avocado and Tomato having paid the extra charge, this is the second time this happens to me in this same location in Mesa, So I urge you to check your products every single time so you don't feel like played, this definitely takes the tip for the next visits.

Better Buzz Coffee is where coffee dreams come true, especially if you’re lucky enough to try the Signature Vanilla Buzz Mix powder. I swear, this drink is basically the liquid version of "I woke up like this" smooth, sweet, and with just the right amount of “I’m ready to tackle the world, but also maybe take a nap later.” One sip of this vanilla masterpiece and suddenly you’re not just awake, you’re superhuman. You’ll feel like you could run a marathon, have a deep philosophical conversation, and still make it home in time for your 3 p.m. nap. It’s like someone took vanilla ice cream, dunked it in espresso, and said, “Let’s make this the most productive moment of your day.” Seriously, after drinking this, I’m pretty sure I could do my taxes and reorganize my entire life, all before my next coffee refill. This is not just a drink; it’s a life upgrade in a cup. 10/10 would recommend, but proceed with caution you might start believing you’re too productive.

I ordered a tea and it was simply undrinkable. Read: Warm dish water with caffeine and sugar. Probably worst than a tea in a gas station by the highway. I know you are a coffee shop but if you sell tea for $6. The minimum you can do is serve decent quality tea.

The coffee is the best part if they can get your order right. I use to come here all the time but after today I won’t be back. I placed a mobile order to avoid the linesman when I pick up my order it’s wrong and as I stand in line attempting to ask for a correction the young lady proceeds to have a full on conversation with her friend. Which I wouldn’t mind but it’s RUSH HOUR and there is a long line to the door of customers. I never addressed the error in the order because the lines were so long and she talked for so long with her friend. As I left I took a sip of the drink & it wasn’t slightly off but not the drink I ordered. Prior to taking it- I double checked the mobile order name. I noticed another customer waiting at the same time- to get their drink swapped as well.
I legitimately don’t care if people socialize and I’m not a hard ass when it comes to service but time and time again the young staff have given me a wrong order and I’ve let it go. But this location has been open for a while and I’d like to think it would be better at service considering that it’s a popular coffee stop. It’s a great addition to Mira mesa but the location drive thru and the service will be keeping me away

Went for my morning coffee a few days ago (thought I’d try something new) and was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere and service! Ruben was helpful and very cheerful. I got a Hazelnut Divinity (per his recommendation) and it was just like he said it would be, sweet and so “yummerstown”!!! Definitely will be going back and highly recommend trying!

I arrived at the location running late and thought I had accidentally placed my online order at a different location, but it turned out I hadn’t ordered at all. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she quickly figured everything out and took care of it right away. She was very polite and helpful, and before I knew it, my Açaí Bowl was ready. The entire team seemed laser-focused and efficient. Great job!
