Apparently ordering a drink with light ice is an issue? Jonelle took a simple order and made there to be one. Sometimes people want a drink with not so much ice. Most people don't care about the light ice principle as I'm still paying almost $8 for a cup of coffee…Usually there is someone right away at the window when you pull up but I guess this order made them pissy so had to listen to them trash talk about me and wait until they felt like helping me.So disappointed.

Let me tell you about my go-to spot, Better Buzz Coffee. Now, I'll be the first to admit, I've got a bit of a complicated order. But every single time I roll up to Better Buzz, they nail it without fail especially Diana and Cristina!It's honestly a relief to have a place where I know I can get exactly what I need without any hassle. Whether it's a busy morning rush or a slow afternoon, Better Buzz Coffee consistently comes through.So if you're like me and have a bit of a tricky order, trust me when I say, Better Buzz is where it's at. The Matcha be hitting much better than any other matcha. The girls there were great, helpful and so fun! The guy there was cool. But the girls were so energetic and passionate about their job! 9/10 Maybe he hasn't had his "Buzz" yet ?

Had to stop by early (6am) and the staff was friendly, breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty(albeit a tad greasy), the avocado toast however, was great especially with the squeeze of lemon. Nice seasoning salt on it too. Place can be loud (all tile and hard edges ) but was fine that early.

They make you wait way too long just to get a drip coffee even during times when they're not waiting on other customers. Seriously, why make you wait seven minutes for a drop coffee when there's no one else in line? it might not seem so bad if they were actually friendly and approachable but they're the opposite of that. Girls, wipe that frown off your face. Look me in the eye in the future, and say thank you when I tip you.

Small cute cafe with yummy lattes! I'm not the most avid coffee drinker so I prefer mine to be on the sweeter side when I do indulge, so the Best Drink Ever was perfect for me.We went at an off time in the evening so it was a super short wait. Neon sign was a cute touchand also seemed like a nice area to study.

I've been to many of the BB locations throughout SD County and was glad to see the Mira Mesa location open up. I have only tried their drive-thru service here, but from the outside, this location appears to have seating both indoors and outdoors. They also have the staple BB aesthetic that you see in all the other locations.Our go-to drinks here are the Best Drink Ever and Hazelnut Divinity. The Best Drink Ever is great for an iced coffee that is still sweet but does not have any milk. I also like to get the Mocha de Mexico (hot) when it's a cold day out. For food options, we usually order the Turkey Pesto and Bacon Ciabatta. The Turkey Pesto is so good but the turkey/pesto ratio inside can be a hit or miss depending on the day, so I've made this at home several times and put as much as my heart desires!This location's drive-thru has been pretty good with speed and customer service - but the times I've gone are off-peak hours in the middle of the day, so this may vary.

It was a great spot for a Saturday morning. There is the drive-thru or walk in option. Has indoor and outdoor seating. A really lovely date/cute spot for a cafe! The customer service was outstanding, like they are excited to be there and serve the customers. Thanks for the pleasant experience, we would be delighted to return. The drink for me the cold brew with cinnamon + foam was delicious! It was perfectly balance with the cinnamon and foam plus coffee. It surpassed my expectations. For my fiancé the ice chai tea was too sweet and the mix was not properly stirred. Unfortunately his wasn't as good as mine. I recommend sticking g to the coffee drinks in my opinion.
