The staff is always very friendly and welcoming! They consistently make my drinks taste delicious (and have amazing recommendations when I want to try something new). They also go out of their way to ensure every customer is happy with their order. It’s my go-to Better Buzz location!

No seating available for paying customers because they are all occupied by those on their laptops. And no purchase. What a stupid way to run a business.

I’m so hooked. Just give BB one chance and you’ll never go to another coffee shop. Don’t forget to download the app and earn a free drink

Worse every time I go. Here’s my $10 caprese sandwich with “extra arugula”
They seem to never remember to make coffee “half sweet” making it undrinkable. I’ve given them too many chances.

I generally enjoy this location. I do try to avoid going at peak times because the drive-thru does back up into the street for quite awhile. Parking can be a little tricky at peak times as well. If people aren't turning into the drive-thru good enough then they do block the rest of the exit so you're unable to leave unless you back up and go to the other exit which can be an issue as the drive-thru exits that way and you cannot see when cars are coming. I've never had any issues with my drink or food being made incorrectly so that's nice. The staff seem to try really hard to get things out as quickly as possible when it's swamped so just be patient and give them some grace if it's taking a long time to get your stuff. I've sometimes heard people huffing and puffing while waiting inside so just take a breath and relax. My only real complaint is it can very quickly get expensive. But I do really enjoy their iced lavender tea latte and their chili crunch bfast wrap so they will continue to have my business!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I tried calling to cancel an order seconds after I placed it and no answer and I called them at least 10 times. Waste of $20. So ridiculous. Overpriced shitty coffee anyway.
