Service was so bad, 3 coffees rested at drive through and had to pull into a parking spot and wait 20 minutes. Also, somehow their toaster was broken and their entire food menu is based on toast

Super dangerous drive thru with room for like 2 to 3 cars max at a time and the rest are either stuck in the turning median or on the side of the road. Super disorganized got an opened cream cheese with bagel And four people behind me got their orders before me. I was asked to park in a handicap parking spot to the side since they don’t have enough room.. The owner needs to invest in a new space. I’m surprised this is legal.

This store sucks, its so tiny and not accesible at all. There is only one table you can sit at and enjoy your coffee. Coffee's good, though.

I had a gift card and when I asked for the change in cash which was under $10 they told me that they cannot do it for me even though I stayed lost as they have to and when I asked what I was supposed to do they said they didn't know.

Coffees good. Service oftentimes takes upwards of 7 minutes to serve a single car in the drive thru.

Was told to park in the handicapped spot to wait for my food/drinks, then had to figure out how to back out without hitting the cars still in the drive thru line or the car parked next to me. Terrible situation. Food bad, drinks bad.

I walked in for a coffee, by mistake they gave my drink to somebody in the drive thru. The girl pulled around walked back in and said you gave me the wrong drink, and stated my name which I heard out loud. The barista apologized to the woman, but then proceeded to hand me the same drink that the customer already drove away with. I asked her to make me a new one, saying “what if the person already took a drink out of it? She said yes, and I waited ten minutes for a new drink. I really hope she truly made me a new drink and just didn’t let the old coffee sit behind the counter for 10 minutes.
